My friend has been going here for years and always had really cute nails. Finally I gave them a try, she told me ask for Kim. I have gone 6 times now and I love her work and prices. I wish I could post a pic cuz in my opinion it's a much better picture than the one listed. When it comes to nails I definitely ask for the girls not the guy no offense cuz everyone's gotta start somewhere. Get an appt if u have to, they are busy bees who do good work, worth the wait if there is one, and are very nice if you're nice to them!! Some of these reviews sound ridiculously inaccurate because I'm always very pleased when I walk out the door. I've been to another salon in wadsworth for about a year and the more I went there the more I didn't want to spend my hard earned money there. I'm so glad I found a new nail place that's respectful and thankful for my business, and worth it, too. I'll be back soon!

Called ahead to see if they had Dip Powder Nail Services. She said yes. Waited 10-15 (which is fine on a Saturday) to sit in the chair and she asks if I have shellac on ...

Called ahead to see if they had Dip Powder Nail Services. She said yes. Waited 10-15 (which is fine on a Saturday) to sit in the chair and she asks if I have shellac on my nails. No. This is Dip.
Now I am leaving the salon after telling her if she didn’t have dip I don’t want their services and that I specially called to ask if they did the dip. She goes on to say she can use colored acrylic to fill my nails. NO! If you do that my fill will not hold and I get dip so a drill doesn’t have to be used on my actual nail. I left with 2 nails half way removed and won’t ever be back!!

I wish I could give a zero. The woman was very short with me. Was very aggressive with my hand. The polish wasn’t even covering the entire nail. I mentioned that to her and she proceeded to tell me it wasnt my nail and it clearly was. She just didn’t want to go over it again. She was obviously in a hurry and didn’t care about getting my business back. Because I definitely won’t be going back. And i will steer all people who want to go there, away!
Don’t go to this place.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE . I've been there 2 times now and both experiences were terrible. The first time my nails were different sizes for the same nail,the polish had bubbles in it, they missed lots of parts with the nail polish like the sides and the tip, and they were very rough with it like there wasn't a human attach to the hand. The second time the lady was doing a coffin shaped nail and was going so fast that she cut me on both of my ring fingers with the scissor, and the nail polish never dyed. Even after I left the Solon, I went to bed about 4 hours after and the polish was still not dry, it smudged and got an imprint from the floor when I was sleeping.

I just when in to get a regular manicure. Nothing special. But i work in a factory and hadn't a manicure in a long time and needed one really bad cause my cuticles looked absolutely horrible. For a simple manicure i have to say the lady who did it, did a very good job and was three dollars cheaper than expected. Definitely going back.

They put different size nails on my fingers there is a larger sized nail on my thumb while on my other thumb the nails doesn't even stretch from side to side on my narural nail.. my nails are uneven they weren't matched up side by side after he cut them and he added 4 layers of polish so my nails looks bulky and have deven oped several bubbles under the paint.. years ago they were great I have to stop coming here and realize that change is okay

This place is freaking awesome. Jenny did such a beautiful job I'm so happy with my new full set. No pain or blood at all. Yes, I was a little skeptical because the man working by the entrance wasn't very welcoming. But as soon as Jenny started on my yucky nails I felt very comfortable. I can't believe I have been too stubborn to change nail salons. Change is hard for this girl. But after 5+ years of loyalty to my previous nail salon im over it new owner and increased broken nails. Not only is the nail bar walking distance from my house but it will also save me some gas lol

This place is great! I have been in California now for 4 months, and tried several nail salons. This is the first one that I was truly happy with. It was a very nice place, friendly people, and I can now say I have found a nail salon I will go back to. I love my nails and Julie did a great job! I will be a regular customer going forward :-)

Absolutely LOVE this place! Every one is nice and accommodating. Ambient is nice and chill. I would recommend for you to make a appointment bc they are good so they have lots of clientele, if you don't want to wait, pre-schedule your appointment and you won't have a problem. I love that they use rose pedals and citrus fruits in the water for the pedicures then use the fruit slices to rub your legs (I'm all green and natural products so it works for me) they also offer you champagne, wine, water, or tea and they take their time doing your nails. I have never seen them rush. They have tons of gel colors and nail Polishes to choose from. Try it out you won't regret it!!!!

I didn't enjoy my visit very much. I had to wait for service, even though I had an appointment. When the lady finally came to do my nails, she didn't say hi, she just grabbed my hand and started digging at my cuticles while she was still standing! She was very rough, even though I kept asking her to be gentle. She kept missing spots while applying the gel and I kept asking her to fix it. My gel manicure looks fine, but it's nothing special. For $25, I could go anywhere and get a better manicure and better service. I would tell you the name of the lady I saw, but she never bothered to introduce herself.

Went here today for the first time and I loved it! I had Philip do my gel manicure & he was super friendly the entire time & he did a great job on my nails. The entire staff was super friendly. Definitely found a new place to get my manicure/pedicure. Can't wait to come back!

My friend has been going here for years and always had really cute nails. Finally I gave them a try, she told me ask for Kim. I have gone 6 times now and I love her work and prices. I wish I could post a pic cuz in my opinion it's a much better picture than the one listed. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE . I've been there 2 times now and both experiences were terrible. The first time my nails were different sizes for the same nail,the polish had bubbles in it, they missed lots of parts with the nail polish like the sides and the tip, and they were very rough with it like there wasn't a human attach to the hand. This place is freaking awesome. Jenny did such a beautiful job I'm so happy with my new full set. No pain or blood at all. Yes, I was a little skeptical because the man working by the entrance wasn't very welcoming. But as soon as Jenny started on my yucky nails I felt very comfortable. I can't believe I have been too stubborn to change nail salons. Change is hard for this girl. But after 5+ years of loyalty to my previous nail salon im over it new owner and increased broken nails. This place is great! I have been in California now for 4 months, and tried several nail salons. This is the first one that I was truly happy with. It was a very nice place, friendly people, and I can now say I have found a nail salon I will go back to. I love my nails and Julie did a great job! I will be a regular customer going forward :-)

I would recommend for you to make a appointment bc they are good so they have lots of clientele, if you don't want to wait, pre-schedule your appointment and you won't have a problem. I didn't enjoy my visit very much. I had to wait for service, even though I had an appointment. When the lady finally came to do my nails, she didn't say hi, she just grabbed my hand and started digging at my cuticles while she was still standing! She was very rough, even though I kept asking her to be gentle. She kept missing spots while applying the gel and I kept asking her to fix it. My gel manicure looks fine, but it's nothing special. For $25, I could go anywhere and get a better manicure and better service. I would tell you the name of the lady I saw, but she never bothered to introduce herself.

Went here today for the first time and I loved it! I had Philip do my gel manicure & he was super friendly the entire time & he did a great job on my nails. The entire staff was super friendly. Definitely found a new place to get my manicure/pedicure. Can't wait to come back!
