A good nail spa hampered by a horribly rude male receptionist. My wife was treated extremely rude by the guy at the front desk. She's a regular customer and a good tipper. She called today to make an appointment. After arriving 12 minutes early, the man at the front desk didn't look at her when he talks, and also let other new customers get seated first. My wife reminded him that she didn't need anyone in particular to do her pedicure, just the manicure. He said she never sai...d that. My wife reminded him she specifically told him this last time and again on the phone. Again, he replies without looking at her very gruffly, and refused to explain why other customers were being seated before her. Long story short, my wife decided to take her business elsewhere. If anyone is reading this from the store, either fire this guy or reassign him. He's not doing the business any favors. Good riddance. See More

Very disappointed. I have been getting my nails done for years, I wanted to try somewhere new. They didn't have any nail art designs to look at, I showed them what I wanted and they were like ummmmm....

So I said nevermind. I told her to make my nails thicker because I am rough on them and she made them extra thin. I do not recommended this place.

Always make an appointment. I tried to walk in and they can't handle walk ins. They don't know who comes in and just willy nilly take people. Good for basic gel and polish but not nail art.

This place is super clean, professional and I'm always seen at my set appointment time. My daughter got a pedicure yesterday and they treated her just like an adult would like to get pampered. Try this place you will love it. Oh yes they always offer you a nice cold bottle of water or soft drink

When I go visit her ,we make a point to get our nails done.I was there on April1st 2017 Got Maini & Pedi .I took my Granddaughter that is 7yrs old this time we had wonderful experience. My nails & cuticles was a mess .I had Gel nail polish put on.It has been 21 days & polish is still on ,my nails are looking good still. The technician suggest a color I would of not thought of,I have so many compliment on color.Thanks to my technician sorry I forgot your name. I wish could drive 2 1/2 hours every 3 weeks to get my nails done there! Thank You To All Staff The Made Feel Like Family ! :)

I have been to several salons over the years. This salon is by far the best one I have ever been to. The staff is kind and accommodating. The facility is impeccably clean and organized, and really well taken care of and modern. The prices are a little pricier but it's worth it. The manicurists take their time to do your nails and you can tell they like what they do and that they want your nails to look perfect. Absolutely wonderful!!! I recommend this to everyone, treat yourself by going here!

They do good work but make sure you look at the price / service board and specify what you want and repeat the price to them. They will not ask what you want and will automatically give you the most expensive option. This has happened to me twice, even after I've told them the exact service - and they will not compromise on the price. Many of the techs are very slow. It's taken 70 minutes for a regular pedicure and over 2 hours for a mani/pedi.

Luxury nails is a wonderful gem of a nail salon! Honestly, I am delighted to find this spot in my neighborhood. The pedicures are very detailed and relaxing. Definitely schedule with enough time to not rush it and enjoy the extra massage and attention. I am a huge fan of gel nails- but absolutely can't handle when they are done badly! Especially since you have to live with them for so long. I have had great experience with my gel nails here- last super long time and perfectly painted.They also have a great color selection- and recently updated to have even more colors! The staff here is so kind and attentive- really enjoy chatting with Henry and MiMi, the owners. They want you to have a great experience, they really care about their business. Definitely call for an appointment- they have a lot of regulars here!

The owners have had this salon for quite some time and I find everyone there to be very pleasant and courteous. The salon is kept very clean, one of my expectations for a nail salon.

I have been to several salons over the years. This salon is by far the best one I have ever been to. The staff is kind and accommodating. The facility is impeccably clean and organized, and really well taken care of and modern. The prices are a little pricier but it's worth it. The manicurists take their time to do your nails and you can tell they like what they do and that they want your nails to look perfect. Absolutely wonderful!!! I recommend this to everyone, treat yourself by going here!

They do good work but make sure you look at the price / service board and specify what you want and repeat the price to them. They will not ask what you want and will automatically give you the most expensive option. This has happened to me twice, even after I've told them the exact service - and they will not compromise on the price. Many of the techs are very slow. Definitely schedule with enough time to not rush it and enjoy the extra massage and attention. I am a huge fan of gel nails- but absolutely can't handle when they are done badly! Especially since you have to live with them for so long.
