I've been here twice and definitely do not plan on going a third time, nor do I recommend you go in the first place. The first time I went in for acrylics, I was getting them done to match my prom dress. I told them I wanted a pink to white umbre. The technician (Tom) however, told me half way through painting that silver would look much better instead. I protested twice to silver, telling him that I would really rather white, but he cuntinued regardless The acrylics themselves were also bumpy and incredibly thick, they looked very poorly done. I was very unsatisfied with the quality of them as well as the color, since he had gone directly against what I had asked from him. But even though I had a bad first experience, I wanted to give them a second chance. The second time I went in I came prepared with a picture. Before we started I made sure to show him (Tom, again) it and explain how I wanted an umbre. He said ok and processed to put on my arcylics. This time they were much thinner and less bumpy. They weren't the best but I was satisfied with them especially considering how they were last time. Though this sudden change in quality made me think about how he must have just winged it last time. When it finally came time to paint my nails, however, Tom asked to see the photo again. He then explained to me how he wasn't able to do an umbre. I wouldn't have minded in the slightest if he had been up front to me about not being able to do umbre, but he was dishonest to me twice about it. That is not acceptable in the slightest. To top this story off, after around 4 days one of the nails snapped off. Wouldn't recommend that anyone go here. They need to either learn to change how they run their business, or be run-out of business by one that is willing to do better. Read Less

Absolute garbage. The service is fast and not done well at all, I wanted black matte coffin shape and she couldn’t even do that. When she filed my nails she made me bleed. When I asked her why the nails were crooked she told me my fingers were misshapen, and all of the nails had air bubbles in them. You could see my existing nail on the sides, with acrylic right down the middle. They broke off after 3 days. Read Less
