Disappointing Facial- the therapist never washed, exfoliated or moisturized my nose. She did every other part of my face, but never touched my nose. About half way through my treatment I asked if she would use any product on my nose and she finally agreed to put mask on it. She seemed surprised that I was asking... My goal was to minimize pores with the facial, so it was highly disappointing that she barely touched it. I've had several facials and this was the first where the nose was not involved.Read Less

I look forward to every appointment I have here! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and empathatically listens to your desires regarding services. The massage services have dramatically reduced my migraines. The hair services are wonderful and overcome the dull that I would have from residential hardwater. Lastly I love how sexy I feel after getting a spray tan! It's a natural looking tan-like I've been in the Carribean and most importantly, it lasts! Every experience that I've had at Village Salon and Spa has been beyond wonderful. All the ladies are extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and highly skilled at what they do. Tiffany is my personal stylist and she does an amazing job every time. She always takes my vision for what I want my hair to be, and turns it into reality! I've also witnessed firsthand how great the other stylists are, as many of them have cut my children's hair. I've received services ranging from cut/color, to gel manicures and massages. When I called the voice recording said associates were helping other guests and gave no notice to a change in operating hours due to the holiday but when I drove over there they wouldn't cut my hair because they were "closed". As much as it pains me to write a poor yelp review that's just bad business. I'd warn you to call ahead but that May not make any difference.  To be clear, I'm not frustrated with them closing early, it's The day of New Year's Eve, but if a businesses hours are going to be anything other than what's posted they need to communicate that to their customers.  Other than wasting my time and gas the facility seemed nice and there was a wide selection of product.
