The place is EXTREMELY dirty. I would NEVER get a pedicure there. The good thing about the place is there prices and some of the nail techs are pretty talented when it come to nail art. Other then tha...
The place is EXTREMELY dirty. I would NEVER get a pedicure there. The good thing about the place is there prices and some of the nail techs are pretty talented when it come to nail art. Other then that...I would go somewhere else if you're big on cleanliness.

If I could I would give them no stars The people that do nails up there are so rude. They are so unprofessional and my nails did not even stay on for a day smh I will never go to New York nails again...

They are very rude!!!! My daughter asked for coffin nails and their awful.... it looks like a kindergartener did her nails!!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place, I asked for a refund and they refused.... the nail tech was very rude and kept her headphones in and listened to music the whole time. I deal with the public and this is unacceptable!!!! Don't go here.

If I could I would give them no stars! I wanted a pedicure, they already couldn't help me when I called so I had to schedule an appointment for a week later and then on top of that waited 30 minutes ...

I wanted a pedicure, they already couldn't help me when I called so I had to schedule an appointment for a week later and then on top of that waited 30 minutes for whoever to scheduled my appointment to not show up! Then the man that was in there wasn't event helping anybody. Headed to another salon right now, they won't be getting anymore business from me, I'm so irritated. So if you have time to waste and no life and like waiting all day then this is the place for you.

TERRIBLE!!!! First time & I will never visit again!!!! Kids running around, waited two hours and still did not get serviced!! Was not very clean & staff was unprofessional!! I left and went somewhere ...
