After reading some of the reviews posted. By people I feel they just need to complain about something because this place is one of my favorites and I've lived in three states and it's hard to find nail salons that are clean, friendly, and have no issue at fixing problems if you chip a nail or don't like a color. And yes you should book an appointment because they are a popular place, which most places I've had to make an appointment, especially if they are commissioned based they don't need to stay there if they don't have appointments. I recently have switched to express nails after going to a different place in fairlawn that I just wasn't happy with. It really does not take any effort to call and see if they have same day or any day appointments. As for people saying their staff is rude is quiet Absurd. They are all friendly and welcoming. They are humans who are running a business providing us a service that is not a necessity. But to each is own and you can. NOT please everyone.

Last time I went, I asked the guy if I can have my fill done in a 1/2 hr, he said “yes” afterwards, he said “don’t come back, I hate rush jobs” WHAT?? Who does that? There are way more to many solons for them to be so cocky

Rude staff. Messy, unorganized salon. Clutter and junk everywhere. Two different people did my nails. Staff walking around eating Halloween candy. My appointment was Saturday morning, it's Wednesday and every nail is chipped and polish coming off. Was pleasantly surprised with cheap prices and same day appointment. Now I know why. You get what u pay for!

I've been to this salon many times over the last year for pedicures, gel manis, gel removal, etc. The salon is immaculate, the staff is always friendly, and I'm always satisfied with the service. They are so accommodating (I am particular about matching my gel mani and regular pedi color) and they've even let me test colors on paper towels to make sure they match. Call ahead - as long as you call to make an appt you can usually get one when you want! I think they keep track of customers (they put your name in their outlook calendar I believe), and I typically get the same tech every time. Highly recommend! Best and most consistent nail salon I've ever been to.

I have been getting my nails and pedicures done here for a few years now and I love it! I always go to Ruby and she is by far the best! She always makes me feel very welcomed and never leaves me feeling unhappy with my nails. They're literally like our second family! I recommend this place to anyone they're great on pricing and don't over due it. 😁😁😁

I like that they have lots of manicure and pedicure options, including express services, at different price points, for when I need to get in and out as quickly as possible. Love it!!! I've been going to this shop since I relocated to the area. My nails are done quickly and efficiently. The shop's decor is beautiful. Clearly a lot of time and planning has gone into making the shop gorgeous while remaining comfortable. What I love most about the shop is all the workers are friendly. You are greeted as soon as you enter the shop; and the technicians never speak in their native tongue, never! If you've ever been in a shop where the technicians are constantly talking in their native tongue you know how awkward and uncomfortable that can be. Well, in this shop, it's not allowed. I even heard a tech say to a new employee "Speak English!!!" I love this shop and and strongly suggest it!

I have been wearing acrylic nails for 7 years and during that time have had occasion to go to multiple nail techs. This is the first time I am writing a review for any, however, and that is because this is the first time I have had a CONSISTENTLY positive experience The ladies at this shop are friendly and fun, and my nail tech, Linda, knows her stuff! At other shops I would regularly have to wait for my appt. to start some 10-15 mins. after the scheduled time: it was apparent the tech was taking walk-ins. When I arrive Linda is always ready, and she is a great conversationalist as well, adding to the overall enjoyment. I will not be going elsewhere and wish I'd have discovered this salon, and Linda, sooner!

By people I feel they just need to complain about something because this place is one of my favorites and I've lived in three states and it's hard to find nail salons that are clean, friendly, and have no issue at fixing problems if you chip a nail or don't like a color. I've been to this salon many times over the last year for pedicures, gel manis, gel removal, etc. The salon is immaculate, the staff is always friendly, and I'm always satisfied with the service. I have been getting my nails and pedicures done here for a few years now and I love it! I always go to Ruby and she is by far the best! Clearly a lot of time and planning has gone into making the shop gorgeous while remaining comfortable. What I love most about the shop is all the workers are friendly.
