Arrived at 7pm which they close at 8pm. They told me it would be a wait, I said fine. Waited 20mins for them to tell me they can only do one service and to go to Summit mall location as they close at 9pm. Arrived at mall about 730 they asked what I wanted and told me they can only do one service. I just left as I needed both the first shop should have told ne that when I walked in the door instead of making me wait. I am livid right now! Horrible horrible customer service. Read Less

This nail salon is slightly off the major road and presents and delivers a relaxed atmosphere. The technicians form relationships with clients and the shop accepts reservations. But, walk-ins are accepted and are very common. However, I would call if you are trying to get in near closing time. They have a wide selection of nail colors and brands including gel  (shellac) and powders. Very rude walked in and out!! They used to be owners of nails 90 located in Hawkins Plaza. The look and vibe I got from them and the customers was very unwelcoming. Not good. I went in and several of the polish colors I chose had empty bottles with no replacement. I asked to have my brows done, they had no brow technicians in. I then went and inquired about lashes. They told me only the owner did them (no one else at the spa) and she wasn't in either. So I asked to make an appointment. They said they weren't allowed to make lash appointments for her (even though it's an advertised service on their spa menu). So I asked "how would you recommend I go about getting in to get them done?"  They then give me her personal cell phone and I call and she tells me they refuse to make appointments for lashes "because no one ever shows up" (um... excuse me... am I NOT the one standing in your spa right now, devoid of any dark purple nail colors and unable to get lashes or brows done because YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES NOT HERE?)... so I ask her if I can make an appointment and she tells me over and over how busy she is in the evening and they can't take appointments because no one ever shows up. So I express my frustration "so how exactly do I get lashes or brows again? No one is here when I walk in, you refuse to make appointments, you tell me you're normally too busy to even TAKE walk ins and now you're telling me to just walk in"? I smh at them out the door and one employee shouts to me "please don't come back" so I turn around and retort "I won't, because you people don't REALLY do brows or lashes so take it OFF your spa menu!!!" muttering under my breath "all your good nail colors are empty on the shelf anyway". I am always treated very well here, no matter who does my nails.  They have recently changed their website, or should I say I noticed that they changed their website since that terrible review that was given on here- the obese woman that was told in front of everyone that their fancy chairs would not accommodate her size.  I have never seen such a big nail salon and I love the fact that I see them open the sterile peel packs of instruments in front of me.  They have a huge assortment of gel nail colors. Really happy with my appointment.  I called and they were able to fit me in 40 min later.  Even we're super sweet when I called because I was going be late.  My technician was Kia.  She was the bomb!  I got the deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure.  She did such a great job and was really sweet.  Even paid really good attention to my ingrown toenails.  My toes even a few days later still feel amazing.  She shaped my manicure nails so perfectly and did a perfect paint job.  Even had another technician come over and put acrylic on one of my nails to save it from a crack.  Which she did an amazing job too.  So sorry I didn't catch her name but apparently we share the love for the gel color motorcycle jacket which is the color I chose for my nails!  I've attached an image. Excellent environment and service! I think I will be a regular here from now on! :)My husband and I went for pedicures and were very pleased with our experience. I've been here a few times now and they always take their time to do a good job.  I've been to plenty of nails salons where they rush through just to get as many people done as possible per hour.  I can't stand that.  This place is clean and I've always left happy. Read Less

Nail tech was very rude, and clearly in such a rush to get to his lunch break that he couldn't be bothered with pleasantries. The only words he spoke were "is this the color you want" I had a full set done and asked for  a trendy shape, Soft Almond, something in so used to getting in Chicago. The shape is in between round and full almond without the point, I walked out with fully round shape and nails shorter than I wanted bc he couldn't shape them right. Big Girls Beware!After patronizing this salon four times in the last 5 months, I was refused service last Friday for "being too big for their chairs".  Mind you, I am a big girl, I am not denying that.  I was told their pedicure chairs have a weight limit of 225, fine.  I understand these chairs have mechanics and such.  I was also told I couldn't get a manicure as I was also too big for their manicure chairs which are standard office types of chairs.  While I am a big girl, I have NEVER in my 44 years broken a chair.  So, they refused service to me.  That is okay and they can choose to not accommodate those of us who are larger than average. This is NOT why I gave them a 1 star rating.  What was HORRIBLE and HUMILIATING is that they completely embarrassed me in front of a friend and many other patrons.  I knew something was up when the gentleman in the front ( I assume the owner) stared at me, didn't greet me and started speaking to another technician in a foreign language.   The girl who was to do my nails went in the back and didn't come back out front, and I was just standing there wondering what was going on.  Finally after standing for about 10 minutes, a woman comes out and said "We've had an incident and you are too big for our chairs so you have to go".  There was no privacy or even an ounce of decorum given.  They could have EASILY done the following to avoid the complete humiliation I experienced:1) Taken me to the back room away from the eyes and ears of a half dozen people and explained the situation to me. 2) Put something on their website that says "Our chairs can comfortably accommodate those patrons weighing 225 lbs or less.  We cannot accommodate larger patrons at this time. 3) Put a similar note on the door. 4) When people book an appointment for a pedicure...simply say it. 5) BUY some chairs that can accommodate people up to 300 lbs.  I am sure I am not the only larger woman who enjoys pedicures and manicures.  We live in NE Ohio and while the petite Asians who work there may not top 125 lbs, there are many women my size or larger who have money to spend! There are 10 other nail salons within 5 miles of this place...and both my friend and I did get manicures and pedicures down the road.  I get routine pedicures and manicures monthly or several times per month and have never once had an issue with any other salon.  My advice to others is, even if you are not a big girl, do not patronize this salon who discriminates and humiliates. This place was just bad.  I called a week in advance and make appointments for my mom and I as part of a spa day, but still had to wait 35 minutes with nobody to ask us if we wanted to sit down or offer us anything.  Even an apology would have been nice?  We literally stood there, standing for 35 minutes and nobody even noticed us.  Then the two girls who did our nails laughed at other customers and didnt talk to us at all about what we wanted.  They only talked to each other and messed a lot of things up on our nails....They also did a less than stellar job on our pedicures.  I cant believe this place gets good reviews!  The decor is great, but is that what you want in a nail salon? We came with a party of 5 and they easily accommodated all of us. The atmosphere is clean and peaceful. The women who did our mani/pedis were so sweet and friendly. The whole experience was SO relaxing. I think I've had 3 manicures in my life, but after coming here, I can see why someone treats themselves. Great prices too. Read Less

Wow, this place was a huge surprise.  This is the nicest Asian "chop shop" I have ever been to.  I think I counted 16 pedicure chairs.  Spacious layout, an herbal spa bar which is where they grab your custom herbal salts for your manis and pedis.  I got a great Spa Pedicure and a Shellac polish change for a grand total of $68.  Great deal.  Great place.  Very clean, too. Extremely hygienic place and very well equipped. My personal experience was not as great. My manicurist was a male and he was not friendly at all. Very stern and rough. I went in Sunday afternoon, for an acrylic fill and he did do a great job on the nails. However, he was very rough on my finger nails and gripped my fingers really hard and would flick my hand to stiffen my wrist. The other women that were there, were very friendly and helpful when I was choosing a color. I would go back because of those two employees but never for the male manicurist. Wow! What a spacious, sparkling clean, fancy nail salon! I'm originally from Los Angeles & I've been to my fair share of nail joints, and this Is by far the nicest place I've ever visited.To begin with, all of the stainless steel tools are sterilized & the manicurist opens the sealed packet of instruments in front of you before beginning, just like they do at the dentists office. This alone is reason enough for me to fork over the extra bucks and get my nails done here regularly.In addition, there is such attention to detail in the design of each station - I love the beautiful tubs for each spa pedicure station. I was impressed by the fact that they put in sterilizing tablets that fizz and bubble right before you stick your feet in.The staff is quite nice and I really enjoyed my luxurious spa mani/pedi experience. I will note that the prices are a bit higher than other places (actually, I paid $110 for a gel mani/pedi), but as with everything else in life, you get what you pay for. This place is worth it.
