My friend and I came here to get our nails done. Our normal place is not open on Sundays. Tina did my friends nails and she did the worst job I have ever seen. Super thick. Not shaped.same with the nail tech that did my nails. He was very rude and tried to make up pricing and over charge for my nails. If giving zero stars was an option I would have done so. Rose nails is where we usually go. Tina bashed rose nails the entire time we were there. Saying that she fixes nails done by rose nails all of the time. The results determined that was a lie! We had to go back to rose nails to get our nails fixed. It is bad for business to bash other nail places! We are very displeased with elite nails and their professionalism. Read Less

I went on a Friday morning at opening so I had to wait awhile but the quality of my nails are magnificent!! The employees were polite.. Reassuring.. And appreciated my patients as I waited. I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years. I have had problems along the way and they have fixed them for me when I have brought them to their attention. They are under new owners now and the current owner is amazing. She does a phenomenal job on my nails and I wouldn’t want to get mine done anywhere else!!!! Was there for 3 hours and they charged me $100 for my acrylics and a pedicure. Nails look like complete shit! High spots in acrylic, polish was uneven so some spots look way darker than other spots, corner of one thumb has a flat angle to it so it looks like a chunk was cut out of my nail... Be warned if you choose this place. Sometimes they do a good job. Sometimes not. Woe to you if you fall into the latter category and you ask them to fix it. Beware of the wrath of inconvenience that you shall suffer at the hands of Lily and her boss. They literally started a yelling match that would have gone both ways had we participated. I couldn't believe I was being yelled at by them like it was our fault that they did a bad job. It truly was the worst experience in custo...mer service. Not only did they treat my wife badly and give her major attitude but they yelled at me when I try to talk to them about the experience. Once they started yelling at me I gave him two options you can just give me the 15 dollars back or not. I wouldn't have even wanted the money back necessarily had they not started yelling at me off the rip...the both of them. So they can keep their $15 and their crappy service. Be warned if you choose this establishment. Woe to you if they do not do a satisfactory job and you ask them to fix it. Be prepared to suffer the force of the attitude of inconvenience from Lily.  Attempting to resolve the matter civilly resulted in  what would have been a shouting match  had we participated. Even Lily's boss yelled at us as if we were somehow at fault for not liking the work that she did. Truly the worst experience in customer service ever. Never have I been yelled at like that. I have been coming here for almost 10 years. Obviously I think they do a great job. I've been to many salons and this place by far is my favorite. Lilly is amazing and very friendly and makes good conversation while getting nails done. I highly recommend this place and especially lilly!!!! Read Less

Was great at first, then the work started getting sloppy. I was done when I was charged $52 for a job one month and then $70 the next month for the same thing. No nail job is worth THAT much. Lily just pulls prices off the top of her head and they go up every time. Too many nail places around and I'm done with this rip-off shop. Read Less
