Went in for manicure & pedicure. Appointment was super rushed, which I get- we were about ten minutes late and they mentioned they had a full schedule for the day due to prom season. Despite the rush, I definitely expected more. Got a French manicure and had to have two nails filled in. The woman who did this didn't shape them correctly so it looks strange. The white part literally looks like I did it myself using white out and then put top coat over it. Also there was apparently only time for one coat of polish on my toes. That being said, my sister went the same day and hers turned out great. They mentioned that the person I had wasn't trained and in my opinion she definitely should not have been doing nails. Overall, not satisfied with what I got for the money. However, I recognize it was probably at least partly our fault for being late- or else I would have given one star. I have never been to this salon. I won a gift certificate to there during a charity auction. I paid for the gift certificate and luckily the profits at least went to a good cause, however, once I had the gift certificate in hand I realized that it had expired 10 days prior to the auction even being held. I called to see if the owner would still honor it and unfortunately he would not. :( I am still happy that I donated to a good cause but am very disappointed that the owner would not honor the gift certificate. He may have gained a great regular client and many referrals. If you are going to donate a gift certificate to a charity you should at least honor it. Read Less
