HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called in and asked the price for a full set and a refill, I was told $25 for a refill and $45 for a full set. I get there and as the lady is doing my refill she tells me it’s $40...
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called in and asked the price for a full set and a refill, I was told $25 for a refill and $45 for a full set. I get there and as the lady is doing my refill she tells me it’s $40, I said oh so it’s almost the same price as a full set? She then said a full set is $50. I asked her to just remove my current acrylics instead and then I’ll get a pedi. She gave my attitude and said fine. Then she pulls out the nail clippers and said it was going to hurt just a little bit cause she had to pull off the acrylic. I asked her if she could soak them instead and she irritably said it would take too long. I told her I would like to have them soaked and she proceeded to speak her language to all her other employees. Once we got to my pedicure, when it was time to let my nails dry she denied me disposable sandals and made me walk barefoot on their dirty floor. NEVER have I been to such a disrespect salon. The man working even said something to her when he saw me walk barefoot and she laughed. THIS SALON IS TRASH. Never will I recommend it and never will I come back.

I was really disappointed on my recent visit. First the place seems very dirty. The bathrooms, floors, mirrors, just everything.
The tools for the pedicures are all in a little basket and they are clearly using them on multiple people.
The people working in there had been very friendly and smiling in the past , but this time seemed very unhappy and unwelcoming.
I am sad to say I probably will not return.

Nancy does excellent work! I was as a walk in client last weekend for a gel manicure for an interview. It was my first ever positive experience getting a gel mani in Fargo! At other salons I've had technicians on their phone or criticize me for keeping my nails shorter, get polish on my skin, make my cuticles bleed, leave bubbles in the polish.... none of that happened. She was very helpful and paid attention to me throughout the process. My cuticles have never looked better, and the polish is gorgeous and very even. I felt like a different person when I walked out. I'll definitely be going back. The salon is clean and very pretty in its decor, and the front desk staff were also very nice.

Don't go here!!! They are very unprofessional and especially if you're black they are racist. I was there today and one of the nail specialists(an older guy) had a disagreement with a black customer with the pricing of her service and he got angry, dropped his nail clippers and started shouting at her to get out! Who treats a client that way. And the management team didn't help the situation either, when the lady got angry another specialist (a female) came to try and calm the client down but as the client was explaining what had happened, the specialist was quick to say that she didn't see any racism in what had happened and the client hadn't even mentioned anything about racism. She tried to fight the client and her coworkers had to hold her. The workers there are very rude and the service is the worst!!! I would give zero stars if I could, the first time I did a full set there, within 3 days it started to come off. I only went there because it's close to where I live and it's usually free. Beware of them!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!If I could give less then one star I would! Do not go here especially if you are Black, the staff are very rude and very disrespectful. Went to get a previous set of acrylic removed on 4 fingers by this same worker who had done it 3weeks ago, to get gel Polish and while inquiring about the price from the older guy working there charge me $30 for gel Polish, when I tried to tell him that was way too high he stood up, threw the nail clippers and scream at me to get out and then stormed away. When I called for who was running the place a girl came to talk with me, she told me that the guy never told me to get out I just assume it and secondly they are not trying to be RACIST!!! Unbelievable! Worst experience ever.

I love this place. Really enjoy the staff. They've been always nice and always always do a great job. I've only had pedicures - but they do great nail designs and are accommodating. I never ever make appointments, because I am a last minute person. A few times I've had to wait or come back, but that is my fault, not theirs.
Almost every staff member has worked with me, so I'd recommend anyone.

I love this place. Really enjoy the staff. They've been always nice and always always do a great job. I've only had pedicures - but they do great nail designs and are accommodating. I never ever make appointments, because I am a last minute person. A few times I've had to wait or come back, but that is my fault, not theirs.
Almost every staff member has worked with me, so I'd recommend anyone.

A friend I work with has her nails done here, and I love how they look, so I decided to try this place out last week. I arrived within an hour and fifteen minutes of closing, so I realize they may have been in a rush to finish up so they could shut down. My nail tech didn't introduce himself, and kind of rushed the process along, but he did a great job on the gel manicure. I will be going back and hoping the service is a little more friendly.

Would not recommend this place. Unsanitary. The worker ( vanis) was literally sniffling and actively sick and yet was handling my hands or nails like no one's business. I question the regulations on sanitation in this kinds of places. Only one person in the whole place spoke English- which makes me wonder if those workers are even legal or have license (I guess you can acquire a nasty infection from their dirty equipments but can't have anyone there accountable). Nonetheless, they can do a poor basic gel manicure. This is not a place to get pampered. There was nothing luxurious or pampering in my experience of this place yet THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND CRAPPY.Vanis did my nails and literally made me feel awkward- unwilling to do to the design I wanted.

I came back and I was the process of putting my nails for acrylic and the girl stopped for a good while to go and to do some waxing for other people. I waited a good while and then she came backed and finished the process. I should of left after that but no I just needed to get my toes done. I should of just left!

Unfortunately, we were not able to try Q Nails in Fargo because we were stood up for our appointment. I traveled from Atlanta for my cousins wedding and we had an appointment for the entire bridal party to get mani/pedis. The appointment was made weeks in advance for them to open early for us and it was even confirmed the day prior. When we arrived, no one from the salon was there. We waited for over 45 mins and no one showed. It was incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I prefer to support businesses that take care in their commitments and actually follow through on expectations for their customers. I am very happy we took our business elsewhere and had a great experience at Nail Pro at West Acres Mall in Fargo. They were able to accommodate us at the absolute last minute!

The salon itself is new, modern & clean. Everyone that works there seems to be very polite and professional. The pedi massage chairs are state-of-the-art, very comfortable and I loved the massage feature.They DO do gel. Tips (for extensions), acrylic base with gel polish on top. Venice (am I saying his name right??), did my gel nail extensions on my hands. He did a good job, very efficient and under an hour. Apparently he is originally from Los Angeles and followed a job to be the manager of this particular nail salon. He knows his stuff and has a cocky attitude.My recommendation? If you are in a hurry and you need to get your gels done ASAP, he is the nail guy for you. If your schedule is tight and you need something done in an emergency, he will get the job done quickly and well enough to do the job.However, if you have more time, and you are meticulous (& fussy) about your nails, I would go with a nail tech who will spend 2 hours on your nails and do an absolutely perfect job.

I've been here several times now and it's fantastic! The salon is clean and the pedis are worth it. I would spend the extra $10 to get the deluxe pedi because the citrus scrub, mask and extra massage make it total worth it!!Gel manicures are also great. It's lasted the length it should.I feel like a lot of places in town over charge for services but Q does an amazing job for the right price!!

The tools for the pedicures are all in a little basket and they are clearly using them on multiple people.
The people working in there had been very friendly and smiling in the past , but this time seemed very unhappy and unwelcoming.
I am sad to say I probably will not return.

A friend I work with has her nails done here, and I love how they look, so I decided to try this place out last week. Unfortunately, we were not able to try Q Nails in Fargo because we were stood up for our appointment.
