I was at this salon last weekend. It was clean, well kept, and the staff was nice. My Pedi was going quite well, so I asked to add gel nails, too, a real splurge for me. While my toes were finishing under the fan (which seemed unnecessary since I was staying for nails) three women walked in for nails and the only three employees on duty began working on them! I felt like I'd been set aside. One of the women has a child under one with her. Due to her nails being worked on, she was unable to tend to our control her child. I know this is not the salons fault, but it's a high price treat for me that was made stressful by a crying baby and three women yelling over it. By the time the employees got back to me, I should have said nevermind, but I didn't. :( I voiced my concerns to the tech part way through who only said, " huh, you must not have kids."Today, a week later, I went back to this location. The gel polish on my nails has lifted. I can slide a sheet of paper between the nail and the polish. As well, the one nail that I had them create (my natural was broken) is separating at the base.I asked the tech to have a look and tell me if this was what they considered normal wear. She said it was. I was shocked. I asked again. In all my gel manicures, I've never had one last only a week. She shrugged. There was no offer to fix or refund.I will not return. There are several better salons, even within a 5 block radius. Read Less
