Fiancee loves this place and will not go anywhere else. Jon is wonderful and does a fantastic job and she is always so happy with the work he does. Very accommodating and great customer service. This nail place is the absolute worst place to go for any type of acrylic nails. I called in to get my nails done and they didn't ask for a name so when I went they said I had no appointment. There was 4 people who came in before me clearly with no appointments , a young guy asked who was getting what in the waiting area. They said fill , gel or whatever they needed to have done. And after they were done saying what he asked if they had appointments they said no and he brought them back to a seat. I wasn't angry about anything until I waited 15 minutes for them to come get me for my appointment. They guided me to a seat and sat me down for 10 minutes with no service just waiting on someone.  The same young guy cane asked what I wanted I deceived accurately. He did my nails and when doing the acrylic made them thick and too wide. I asked for almond rounded. These were square and wide. When he began the polish he used 4 coats and all my nails were lumpy and had 0 color. Read Less

I called to see if I could get in about 20 minutes before they closed and they agreed and were friendly about it. Best gel manicure I've ever gotten. They push back and trim cuticules, lotion and massage and take their time. The decor isn't very relaxing, but clean and kind. Read Less

This got one star because it would not let me go negative.  I was in town for work and wanted a mani/pedi.  Not only did they not come to me with sealed instruments, they did not know what he was doing.  My fingers are now sore and red 2 days later and I am pretty sure I got a infection on one finger.  Then we get to the toes...What a crappy lazy job, they cut them way too short and then did no cuticle care or push back.  I would never ever come here again.  Also, be aware when you are paying, it would not not let me give a tip.  Every time I hit no tip it would send me to a manual screen to add a tip. I had such a wonderful experience here. My friend and I called not expecting to get appointments, but we did, and when we got there, I'd say we got the royal treatment. The atmosphere was completely chill and the staff made me feel completely comfortable. I'd highly recommend to anybody looking for some self-pampering! Read Less

I was here in Sept as part of a wedding group. I was early for the appointment and they rushed me to pick out a nail color, and I was half done with the manicure before the rest of the bridal party showed! Given that this was meant to be a GROUP activity and that I was perfectly comfortable waiting for the rest of the group (which I told them ), I was very disappointed with the experience. In addition, the manicurist trimmed my cuticles to the point that she was hurting me, and I ended up with an infected fingernail! Overall, the experience was very poor.
