Busy Saturday, but they fit in my walk in pedicure. They're massage chairs were meh, but the general mood and atmosphere, the customer service, it made the whole time so nice. There was zero skimping on the deluxe pedicure - some awesome calf massage and cool pampering features. If I'm in town again (live in the valley) I'll def stop here for any spa needs. Read Less

They are fast but do a great job. Prices are totally reasonable. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and always get a ton of compliments on my nails. Crystal always does my nails, Troy does my moms and we both are always happy. Courtland is my go to pedicure girl, super sweet and gives a great massage. I would recommend omg to everyone! She always makes my nails look amazing. My polish has never chipped, peeled or bubbled. In fact, 2 weeks later, my nails still look amazing! The prices are fair and I have never been over-charged. Visited Fantasy Nails for the 1st time yesterday and was so pleased!! I was a bit early for my appointment and they seated me right away. She got to work on my nails and I could instantly tell she was very attention to detail, and I was right! My nails are flawless! They are not big and bulky...filed just perfect! This place was absolutely awful! DO NOT go here! It's cheap, but what you pay for is what you get. My nails chipped off 3 hours after I got them done for prom so I had to redo them and they looked awful! She tried to pick skin off around my nails, which I didn't have any hang nails, and she literally created hundreds of them. My fingers hurt so bad afterwards for that reason. We waited 30 minutes when they said it would be 5 and they weren't busy at all. Nobody else was waiting. When we finally got to sit in a chair, I put my feet in and the water was freezing and they didn't bother to replace it. I was a bit ticklish and every time I squirmed, she laughed at me. She couldn't speak English so she just tapped my feet and expected me to know what to do... Ya, don't go here, I never will again! Read Less

I love Fantasy Nails! My mom went here for like 5 years & then finally I decided I wanted acrylics, so I chose to see her nail tech & have been going every couple weeks for almost 2 years! Every time I go in they greet me by my name & know who I prefer to have do my nails & how I like them done! If I ever need a quick fix or last minute appointment, they can almost always get me in, even for a walk in! They have so many new/stylish options to choose from! I will never go anywhere else! I had really high hopes because I know several people that love Fantasy Nails. Unfortunately, my gel nails are lumpy and they cut my toe open. My toe was stinging really bad and I couldn't see what was going on because there was a pillow in my lap. The manicurist kept looking at my foot. I finally got a look and there was blood all over the towel and on my foot. No explanation or apology. The nail tech doing the pedicure was very gentle with the toe afterward but needless to say the pain put a damper on everything. The cuticle is black and it still hurts. Read Less

My daughter just came home after spending $72 for a manicure and pedicure.  Her feet were soaked for five minutes and nailed painted her cuticles were not done, her dead skin was not removed literally nothing thin was done to her hands or fees for $72.00.  She was quarter a different price and charged a much higher price.  This place is a total rip off and I will be reporting to the better business bureau. Nice, open layout with a diverse polish rack. Pedicure area is segregated from the main salon and I was greeted promptly upon arrival. There's no formal sign in process, but after a 10 min wait (as a walk in) I was called back. It all went a bit downhill from there. I've had full acrylic sets removed before - and mine was a bit old, so it was time for a replacement - but I've never bled during the process. By the time the girl had gotten my set off 2 of my nails were bleeding and another 2 were tender to the touch... And both hands looked like the top layer of nail had been pulled off. The new set went on okay - with some of the thinnest acrylic I've ever had applied - although they didn't clean underneath adequately. Polish was competently applied, but the only curing option is UV - and I loathe those lights - so my fingers aren't exactly happy at the moment. It was $31 for removal, new set and polish. Even so, I'll not be returning... Though to be fair it seemed like other girls were having a good time getting theirs done. Read Less

They definitely accept credit cards. I got a gel manicure that turned out great and a pedicure with a gel top coat. Great work, friendly and overall wonderful. They talked me out of the gel pedicure into just the gel top coat because it would last just as long, take less time and be cheaper. I agreed and it was all of those things, except durable. It started noticeably chipping in 4 days. If you don't let them talk you out of what you want they are great though! Read Less

Other reviews I've seen for Fantasy Nails say they do not accept credit cards, but that was 4 years ago, and they definitely accept them now. They have great prices and my acrylic nails turned out great. No problems whatsoever. Read Less
