This place has a rude staff. Im not sure if their racist or if that is just their personalities, because they were nice to the rest of the customers there, but not me ( and I was the only colored person). Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I apologize for the actual good workers that might work there, but so far every time I walk in I dont get answers for a simple appointment and felt unwelcome. Management at CHELSEA ALENE salon should work on their customer service.

This salon is staffed with friendly, professional women and is very well run by owner, Chelsa. The salon is current without being trendy and their services are top notch and reasonably priced. This is a one stop shop for families. There is no drama that exists in some salons. I highly recommend Chelsa Alene.

This salon is staffed with friendly, professional women and is very well run by owner, Chelsa. The salon is current without being trendy and their services are top notch and reasonably priced. This is a one stop shop for families. There is no drama that exists in some salons. I highly recommend Chelsa Alene.
