Stumbled upon this place by accident thinking it was a salon I had been to before. Since I was on a time crunch, I decided to get my nails done here. Basic manicure. The lady did not even do a hand massage with lotion. I had to apply lotion myself at the end. She also asked me to pay before she finished. Usually I can understand a Vietnamese accent but this woman's English was so bad that I did not even understand the question. The paint job was horrible. Then she sprayed the quick dry so close to my fingers that I actually got a rash from it. She also did not ask me what shape I want my nails to be filed in. Not that I would have understood her even if she did.

I really liked this place until today. The guy working misunderstood me thinking I wanted acrylic nails when I wanted the dip powder. He got angry with me telling me how that's not what I said and he had me in camera saying that. It made me cry how he was getting so angry with me. I ended up just letting him do the acrylic since he said he didn't know how to do the dip powder. It was a terrible experience and I was so embarrassed that he made me cry.

I called ahead of time , to check everything out and everything was fine . When I arrived I was told they were to busy and to return later; at first glance , she was rude and very unprofessional!! I am an African American woman and was not treated with respect at this establishment. I will never return to this establishment. I wouldn't give them a dime of my hard earned money .

During the manicure (July 31st) I felt pain as she did my cuticles. I peeled off the gel nails a week later to reveal a good portion of my nail didn't look right. Pictures will be added. I will probably have to go in to a doctor to fix this. Very angry and will be contacting the nail salon as soon as I can. ---I did end up going to the doctor after the 3 nails fell off. She told me I was at risk for permanent damage but luckily I was okay. That appointment was in September and now (Nov.13th) my nails still aren't fully back but have grown it well.

This place is my favorite place to get a mani-pedi! Oh how I miss the sweet ladies of A-N now that I live so far away. They are artists and I never have to hear any nagging about how I chew my nails. This is so my favorite that every time I'm in Fargo I make sure to set aside an hour or two to get a pedicure and visit with the ladies. They do such a spectacular job that my toes have grown out before I really need another pedicure. And they do great cute little designs on my big toes each time. I still have the designs on my toes from my last pedicure.... almost three months ago! Also, they have the best prices in town for the quality.

Stumbled upon this place by accident thinking it was a salon I had been to before. Since I was on a time crunch, I decided to get my nails done here. Basic manicure. The lady did not even do a hand massage with lotion. I had to apply lotion myself at the end. She also asked me to pay before she finished. Usually I can understand a Vietnamese accent but this woman's English was so bad that I did not even understand the question. The paint job was horrible. I really liked this place until today. The guy working misunderstood me thinking I wanted acrylic nails when I wanted the dip powder. He got angry with me telling me how that's not what I said and he had me in camera saying that. It made me cry how he was getting so angry with me. I ended up just letting him do the acrylic since he said he didn't know how to do the dip powder. It was a terrible experience and I was so embarrassed that he made me cry.

I am an African American woman and was not treated with respect at this establishment. I will never return to this establishment. I wouldn't give them a dime of my hard earned money .

This place is my favorite place to get a mani-pedi! Oh how I miss the sweet ladies of A-N now that I live so far away. They are artists and I never have to hear any nagging about how I chew my nails. This is so my favorite that every time I'm in Fargo I make sure to set aside an hour or two to get a pedicure and visit with the ladies. They do such a spectacular job that my toes have grown out before I really need another pedicure. And they do great cute little designs on my big toes each time. I still have the designs on my toes from my last pedicure.... almost three months ago! Also, they have the best prices in town for the quality.
