My first visit to have my nails done. The girl rushed through the entire process, not letting my cuticles soak long enough and my nails looked like they were not painted all the way dose to the base. ...
My first visit to have my nails done. The girl rushed through the entire process, not letting my cuticles soak long enough and my nails looked like they were not painted all the way dose to the base. A couple of days later I returned to let them know how dissatisfied I was with the way my nails looked. In short, they refused to re-do my nails. This business does not stand behind its work and I will not return. Bad customer service.

First time ever going here. I did not have high expectations anyway, but it was my only day off and I'm new to the area. I was charged an extra $5 to have my nails shaped...I have NEVER experienced this before...been getting my nails done for TEN YEARS! Next time I will just drive to Winston Salem to HARMONY NAILS where they treat me like I matter, not just the money coming out of my pockets. I always tip my nail tech, and I'm not a cheap customer....but charging to shape my nails is a little ridiculous. You all have lost a potential return client. I won't be back!

I accedentally knocked over a bottle of nail polish and it broke. When I was going out the door Thompson's wife grabbed me and insisted I pay for it in front of everyone there. I told her I would pay ...
I accedentally knocked over a bottle of nail polish and it broke. When I was going out the door Thompson's wife grabbed me and insisted I pay for it in front of everyone there. I told her I would pay for it, but it was bad business and they lost a good customer!

I've always been very particular about my feet. So much so I've never had a pedicure for fear of someone else hurting or messing them up.... But I had a big wedding to attend and didn't have the time ...
I've always been very particular about my feet. So much so I've never had a pedicure for fear of someone else hurting or messing them up.... But I had a big wedding to attend and didn't have the time to do them myself the way I wanted. I will never do them myself again! The best leg massage, and pedicure I could imagine. The staff is so friendly and very artistic with their free hand painting skills. If you need a good manicurist/pedicurist Fancy Nails is top notch.

But I had a big wedding to attend and didn't have the time to do them myself the way I wanted. I will never do them myself again! The best leg massage, and pedicure I could imagine.
