Oh my goodness!! Finding this nail bar is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Such lovely people who are so happy to serve you. They do pedicures too which is next on my list. I had a lovely gentleman do my nails who was so friendly. The prices are amazing! At least half the price of the one in the shopping centre. I kind of don’t want to leave such a good review in case they get so busy you have to book weeks ahead lol. I have never seen such a large choice of colours etc. Love it. Don’t go anywhere else. I have been going here since it opened I have never had a bad experience in fact I have become quite a regular most weeks staff are very friendly and helpful they have got to know me well over the years I'm a diabetic and they have looked after my feet very well and the massage chairs a fab I would recommend this place to anyone 5 stars all the time xxx Read Less

My first experience here was great, and if you go to anyone at this nail salon, go to Tina. My initial set was done by her and was exactly what I wanted and I was so happy. Everyone is very friendly and my reason for giving 2 stars is for lack of consistency with the nail technicians. I went back a week ago to get a fill (with a different tech) only to have my nails start lifting the NEXT day. (My friend with a different tech experienced the same problem) I finally went back to have them fixed and they made the same technician who didn't do them properly, fix them. She cut them down too short, didn't file them into any shape, and the acrylic is bumpy and uneven. I'm in the beauty industry and I understand dealing with a re-do isn't ideal, but this is the worst set of nails I've ever had and I'm sad to say I won't be back. Even though I was asking for them fixed they still charged me $12 for a gel polish change, which was no issue, but the nail tech didn't communicate how much I was being charged before she swiped my card. The amount was no issue, but the lack of communication about a price unlisted on their service menu is definitely something to be addressed. Read Less
