Staff was super nice but this nail salon is dirty. Nail tech didn’t wash her hands in between customers. She started using the same utensils on me that she used on the customer right before me. She did not wipe down her station before asking me to sit after doing an acrylic fIll with an Electric file to my manicure. The sanitation standard was zero. Long time customer who been coming for years.. The best nail technician was Susan, ever since Susan left this nail shop has become horrible. I wouldn't recommend this nail shop to no one ever again!!! After the way I was treated last time I went. I had called to see if they had time to do a pedicure and he said yes. Went there and waited for an almost an hour before they told me,I should come back tomorrow. After soaking for an hour ,because it's late. This is my second time in this week to get a mani and pedi...and, I requested Jack both times. Right now, he is walking around the shop doing nothing and stating he has an appointment. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes! Finally, another tech states they will serve me. Why is it so hard to find a good nail salon?! I tip well and I try not to complain! I watched two clients being seated at dirty spa chairs. The former customers, one being a child, had just left. No one cleaned them. The man doing my pedi brought out packaged tools but used tools lying on the station next to me. He polished my toes quickly, getting polish on my skin. Massage part minimal to non existent. This nail salon tops the WORST of the WORST experience that I've ever had at a nail salon coming from someone who goes to the nail salon every two weeks faithfully. I went to this salon two days ago with my sister. At first everything was okay got offered various drinks then I sat in the pedicure chair but I didn't start getting worked on an hour later. The woman who worked on me immediately started rushing. The women started working on my feet and massaging my feet and ends up scratching me with her nail and goes over the scratch with the hot stone making my skin red and inflamed. The women claims she seen the scratch but didn't want to bother me but if she did go over the scratch why would you go over it with a hot stone ? And she claimed that it was already there but when you first get scratched you bleed a little bit and that's what was happening. So the women Denys that she did it making me grow with even more anger. Then she works on my nails and I had acrylic but got it off mostly just had a little piece of it left on a couple nails and the women scraps off the majority but not all of it then continues to paint my nails. Then when she paints my nails she puts nail polish remover in it so it thins it out so much she had to do 4 or 5 coats then it doesn't even look halfway decent and chipped off on some of my nails the next day. Then the manager didn't offer an apology or discount or anything.i am very disappointed in the service I got and how the salon handled it.
