Very packed. Unless you are a regular you do not get the time you are paying for. Busy place and staff works very quickly. I got a pedi and mani here. My manicure was rushed and they burned my finger under the lights trying to get them to dry faster by raising the temp. My mother had a mani and pedi and the guy cut her skin on the pedi. Then during the mani, the lady cut her skin on another nail. Definitely not coming back. Not worth the hassle or money spent when you can't relax. A COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME! These people will tell you anything to get you to wait. Came in to get eyebrows done and was told it would be 10 mins. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting and people that came in after with no appointment sat down before. Sat a few more minutes before asking an employee walking by and was rudely ignored! When I asked the girl at the desk who signed me in how much longer she said 7 more minutes!!!! This same lady was doing another customer that came in after me! How frustrating!! Very disappointed in customer service and lack of respect shown in this salon. I will NEVER BE BACK. AND just a warning to those who go, do not trust you will be seen even CLOSE to the time stated or even acknowledged!! I understand you have a large volume of people coming in but my time is valuable too. Please be considerate and not give phoney wait times just too hold people around. Good place for basic manicures and pedicures--mani is $12 and pedi is $20. They take credit cards and you can tip with your card too.Making an appointment was easy. I messaged them on Yelp and they responded quickly. 2pm on Friday was not too busy/crowded, which was good.The massage chairs for pedis could be improved. My chair was making a loud noise the whole time. They could also be cleaner with the tub where you soak your feet in, like using disposable plastic wrappers to line the tub, which is much more sanitary. Read Less

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, my gel mani didn't last 24 hours. Bubbles under the surface of the nail which caused the polish to crumple and peel right off due to not being cured properly and applied way too thick. I don't think they are as clean as the should be. There's an area in the back where it looks like they throw the nail care items they use on everybody, dont know if they actually wash them.The lady next to me, who had a pedicure, got up and left, I never saw them wash the tub her feet soaked in. I was super happy with my gel manicure the day I got it done and almost reviewed the place because everyone was very friendly there as well, but I figured I'd wait and see how it lasted. Well... it hasn't been too good. 5 of my nails were cracking/chipping after only 7 days! I've had gel nails that last 3 weeks! It should be a minimum of 2 weeks. I've passed by this shop so many times and never stopped in. My original nail spot was full and couldn't take me! So I went here and OMG I am so glad I did! I received a pedi and fill. My pedi was done by John! He was so good to me. Beside the great pedi he had good conversation and made my time there more than just "another appointment"!!! Definitely the best pedi I've had in NC! Now my nails.... Sandy hooked me up! I told her what I wanted and she delivered exactly that. She's cool as hell too so that's always a plus!!! Just an average salon. I went with two of my friends to get a mani-pedi, and all of our results were varied. My one friend finished about an hour and a half before me, which was a little annoying.
