I've been there many times. My nails were done on Sat but the tech misunderstood what i wanted. She offered to redo the next week for free. She wasn't there when I came n to redo...the mngr said someone else could do it. They knew it was suppose to b free. The man that redid them did a HORRIFIC job! I am VERY upset that I have been going here for about 5 years and this LAST time, I was told that it would be an additional cost for something that I had gotten many times without the extra charge(not a design). I am EXTREMELY upset that my eyebrows were totally messed up, when my only tech knows exactly what to do each time...they were not only thinned out but one brow was cut MUCH shorter than the other. Being a former cosmetologist(and just knowing regardless), I KNOW that your brows should not be cut in the almost in the middle of your eye and you have to draw the remaining on with pencil!! They need to SLOW DOWN and treat each customer with care because it's a service for a service, you are not doing me a favor... I am a paying, and have paid quite a lot over the years! After today, I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this nail salon. Not only do they talk badly about their customers to other customers, they also lack phone etiquette. I called today to make an appointment with RUBY only to be hung up on by her in mid conversation. When I called back, I was told by her that she was too busy. I didn't even tell her when I wanted to come in! Not to mention, their nail techs aren't remotely skilled at their profession. I went there today for a pedicure and the girl took about 45 minutes. Didn't offer to cut my toenails until I told her to. Barely scrubbed my feet. Then started to paint them without putting flip flops on or the toe separators. I had to tell her to do both. I think she was more focused on painting my toes rather than everything else. The purpose of a pedicure is to get your feet scrubbed to feel smooth along with polishing your toes. My feet are not smooth. I have been here before but Not a very good experience today . Read Less

Do not! I mean do not go here to get your eyelashes done. My experience here was absolutely appalling. I was not happy with how uneven and bunched up the glue was on my eyelids. I told them I wasn't happy with the job they did after leaving, realizing how messed up they were after I got a second opinion, coming back and having them "fix" them which wasn't a fix at all I asked could they refund my money that I would go elsewhere. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn't ...do refunds. (On top of me tipping her five bucks for her poor service because I take care of my service industry people because I feel it's proper etiquette.) Then the lady was getting an attitude with me because I wasn't happy with her job. I ended up leaving there and going to my normal eyelash place at Hanes Mall Mr. Lee's nails and eyelashes. They had to remove those lashes and start all over because it was so bad. The girls there make sure they come out perfect everytime. It's where I typically go but because Nails R Us is so close to my house I decided to give them a try. Never again! I learned my lesson and will never step foot in there again and I recommend anyone else to steer clear unless you want to pay for a horrible job that you won't receive any money back on. My experience was awful! All of my acrylic nails have gaps between my real nails and the tips... which in result will not last long. My friend and I were going on vacation and decided to check them out. First and last! Called them explaining why I was unhappy and they do not care!!! Dont waste your time! Read Less

I actually have been going here on and off since like 2008 probably. It is completely out of my way (I live 20 minutes away at best) and I still try to go there as often as possible. All of the Pedicures I have had there were immaculate. I usually try to see Christieveryone when I go but most of the time she is booked. She has an incredible eye for detail eyebrows, lashes, nails etc she is out of this world, but almost always booked. Even when I have tried others I don't have any complaints. I went there for some time now, and the person that did my feet cut my toe and it bled?, he did not even say sorry or try to compensate for the situation. Then I got my nails done, found out I had a nail fungus, went back to them and all he did was take the nail off file over it and put the nail Gel back on with no treatment. Never going back!!!!! Went there before I took my mom and daughter before graduation and was happy with my pedi and fill. Both lasted beautifully and talk about a great massage! But the service we received after I had made an appointment well in advance was less than stellar. The gentleman that did my fill did not listen to a word I said. I always get gel everything with as much as I wash my hands at work. Acrylic just doesn't last. He didn't use gel powder or polish as my nails are now chipping. ...Not to mention I had to go back the next day because he did such a sloppy pain job. My mother's polish barley lasted through the weekend and all three of us had the polish on our toes rub off the next day with our shoes. Too bad because the chairs are great & so is the pedi. Wow, I just read the reviews below and I was shocked. I have gone there for a year for both manicures and pedicures. Amy and Leo have both worked with me, but mostly Amy. I have always found everyone there delightful and the work has been tremendous. I was getting regular manicures and pedicures and they introduced me to Gel. My pedicures last for months and my manicures about 3 weeks - and I'm a gardener who likes to work without gloves. Again, in a year, I have never witnessed any behavior remotely like that described below, and I have witnessed technicians gladly repair issues that have popped up with clients after receiving their service. In my opinion, there is no one in that salon who could be rude if they tried.I even give gift certificates to my loved ones because I knowit will be such a great experience. Read Less

The people were very kind and easy to get along with, but I was displeased with my actual gel manicure. Maybe it's because I came in too close to closing and they were in a hurry to get out of there (hey, I can understand that feeling because we've all been there). At any rate, the tech barely filed my nails and didn't bother to get my nail tips even before beginning to apply polish; if I'm paying for a manicure, I expect a manicure -- otherwise I can file my own nails at home beforehand. Needless to say, I smoothed the edges myself as soon as I got home. The worst part is that there were inconsistencies in the actual polish. What I mean is, at some point during the application process, fuzz or something got into the polish so that there's a bump. It's probably not noticeable to anybody else, but it certainly noticeable to me because it caught on my delicate sweater. I wound up having to buff it just a smidge when I got home so that it wouldn't catch on fabrics at least. I wish I had paid better attention during the actual process. I really liked my pedicure.  I had the deluxe I think.  The paraffin wax was so hot I thought I smelled pig feet cooking!  Just kidding.  Ruby was amazing.  I also have this thing about towels.  When they are ragged, throw them away please.  I can't stand paying $30-$40 for a pedi and they come toward me with an air conditioned towel.  Drives me cray-cray.  The towels used were not worn so I was happy.  I will definitely visit again. Worst pedicure ever today. Cleaning and filing was okay, but the polish is completely uneven, even the top coat is uneven (didn't know that was possible). I have been here before, and not had a bad experience, but I will not be back again. Definitely not worth the money. Worst part is, now I have to have someone else paint my tootsies. Read Less
