Been coming to the same spot to get my eyebrows, toes, and nails done for a while and never had any issues until recently! I stopped get my nails and toes done because of the rush in service and lack of quality! The worker who said her name was “Tina” rushed me eyebrows and completed f***ed up my left one! I have very nice natural eyebrows so I’m already picky about who works on them! Idc how many people you got on a Saturday morning, never rush anyone work! Money is money and if I’m waiting on the service I’m expecting to get the same service I been getting! Very very disappointed and probably will not be returning! I'm moving to the area and was trying to find my new nail place. I walked in, was greeted immediately. A floating technician took off my polish and filed my nails so I never had to wait. The technician who did my gelish manicure and eyebrow wax (I believe her name was Yiev) was wonderful. It is a very nice place, very clean, and the ambience was great. Except for a patron who had a couple of very loud, very personal calls on speaker and the floating technician filing my skin a bit more than my nails, this was a great experience. I'll be back. Very great place. They always do exactly what I want. They talk to me and can carry on a conversation with me. I went with my grandmother my first time 2 year’s ago and the one time I go to another nail salon (Lee’s Nails at Hanes Mall) I get a highly infected toenail. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Wish I could give no stars. Asked for almond shape & she did a horrible, horrible job. The nails aren't even, some look angled upward, the tips are filed in a downward position, the thickness is uneven, the polish is bubbly & she filed my skin so when she put in the primer & started with the acrylic my fingers stung. I have always gone here and love it every time i go...but yesterday i had the best experience...i don't usually like guys doing my pedis, butthe guy( didn't get his name) that did mypedi was ah-mazing. I swore the last time I went, that I wouldn't be back however when someone gives you a $70 gift certificate, it's hard to turn it down. I have been going here for over 9 yrs. Before the remodel, each time I had a great experience. Since then everytime, is rushed incomplete and sloppy experiences! The most resent was undeniably the worst yet. The tech doing my 9 yr old keep freaking out bc my daughter almost messed her nails up a couple times. While giving her a pedicure she c...ommented she had big feet! Oh it gets worse! My oldest daughter wanted a design on 2 toenails. Her tech, said oh no she could not do that. Then another tech spoke up and offered. I swear it was not good. Uneven & one design is a different size. Ok she wanted stripes on her ring fingers. I could have drew more even lines that were symmetrical on both hands w/my eyes shut! The color she chose from the nail wheel displays where not the same on her hand that she put on her toes. $60 she was charged but definitely not $60 quality!! Now my turn. I asked for a design on my toes and ring fingers. The design on my toes were uneven and on one toe it's not painted to the edge of my toenail. On my ring fingers I requested pink gel w/gold tip and an anchor design. Nothing complicated. Tech acted like it was no biggie. WRONG! She first did it(anchor) in gold (nope, no good) she then suggested a white anchor (nope no good). So I said just do a simple palm tree in black. OMG I'm bout to pull my hair out @ this point! Finally I said nicely, nevermind I don't need a design. In the end I was charged for a pedicure design on my toes, white gel tips w/gold thin line and pink ring fingers w/gold tip, my youngest daughters pedicure w/simple polished toenails and her nails w/polish. Mind u I had a gift certificate for $70. I paid $95!! I'm appalled @ how non-skilled, unprofessional and over priced the horrific experience was! My first visit to this salon was the best. My nails looked great and stayed that way. I decided to reduce to a more active length and this time the tech put approx 1/3 as much sns on my nails. That evening I noticed so many flaws, including acrylic stuck on my cuticles, bumps, and sides where there was no color. I returned to have them fixed and again the tech was rushing just like when she applied them originally. Within a few days I noticed the color coming off the sides of all nails on the same nail. They don't want to back fill ur nails and insist on completely new set. It took almost 2 hrs to get my first set off. I feel the manager said something to the tech and thus it wasnt a good job. I also noticed the second time she never completely cleaned my nails on top or underneath. I was picking out old pieces of color and nails fir a week. I also believe that not allowing my nails to dry out completely before throwing more stuff on them ws a mistake. I had acrylics for a very ling time in Asheville NC and never once had this problem. I removed them myself with an acetone soak. The nails are brittle and have marks where the false nails were. My granddaughter, had her nails done twice at the same salon by 2 different techs and no problem. Never, ever going back. I was disrespected by a technician. She, when I asked a question, said under her breathe but loud enough for me to hear, if I knew how to do my nails I should do them at home. Went here for the first time on April 21st, 2017. My granddaughter was celebrating her sweet 16 the following day. I would advise you make an appt as they are very busy. We made the mistake of going the day before prom and it was packed but they still did our nails. I has Tina and she was great, she chatted with me while working and my nails came out beautifully. My granddaughter was like a princess with her pink nails. The place is tight so someone in a wheelchair may have some issues getting around. Everyone was very nice and professional. I took a chance with this place. I called and asked if they do liquid gels. They do.  The woman on the phone is the owner, her name is Lucy. She told me to ask for her.  When I arrived I got a pedicure first. The chairs are fabulous.  The pedicures range from $25-50. I just got a $25 one and it was still very good. My best friend convinced me to try Nails Elegance a few years ago and I have not been to any other nail salon since. They are beyond friendly and each time they meet or exceed my expectations. I always get a pedicure (they have multiple options including your basic up to herbal pedicures that they mix on site right in front of you they are amazing!) and gel nails with a manicure. This was my go to nail salon. They do good work consistently. The nail technicians are skilled and take their time. The prices are ok. They also wear white shirts as part of their uniform. I really like this because they appear more professional than salons where people wear street clothes. The male nail technicians don't wear uniforms and I don't like that they don't have to. Last time i came in with a broken nail that needed to be repaired. I had an issue with the technician getting my nail shape right. It ended up looking larger than my other nails as she acted as if she couldnt do anything about it.This place isn't perfect and there is always a flaw.My brows usually look great when I get them waxed here. The inside is really nice.  They have a good selection of nail and gel nail Polish. I have since found a better nail salon in Greensboro but if I ever need something like a polish change or fill in then i would def return. Read Less

LOVE this place- they have always been the BEST place to get your nails done! HOWEVER, ever since they have remodeled they seem to be more focused on quantity instead of quality. Nails Elegance was highly recommended to me by my mother's hair salon. Mom, after moving here from Michigan, has been complaining for years, that she cannot find a decent nail salon. 8I had a great experience at this salon. I tend to take negative reviews with a grain of salt because someone is always having a bad day. My manicurist removed my old gel nail polish by wrapping my fingers with acetone and foil while she gave a pedicure. She was very careful with my cuticles on hands and feet; she got the job done well and was not too harsh. My new polish went on smooth and clean unlike some other nearby nail places. They were very busy but didn't rush the job. I think other people know the truth about this place and come back-judging by the traffic.
