Went here to get my nails and feet done!! My nails at lumpy and very inconsistent my feet are okay but nothing like what I'm use to. Paid almost $100 for poor service. I will NEVER go here again!!! I haven't been getting my nails done in a long time and I'm out of the loop on pricing & which is better. So they acted annoyed at my questions. I finally settled on gel over my natural nails but she started putting acrylic & said it's $45. I didn't want acrylic & gel, just gel over mine for $20... so the other lady started running her mouth and getting an attitude & kinda loud. I was pissed at the rudeness & also I know they talk crap about you in whatever language they speak. Needless to say my time was wasted, now I'm nail less & out $7 which I shouldn't have paid anything. First & last time! You can't treat customers that way. I know I wanted GEL over my own nails, not acrylic & gel together & the biggest thing here is the way you treated & talk to me! Again, if you had a list of procedures & prices it would have been easier...try a dry erase broad, then you have no excuse to not have this, since you can add or delete as you wish! Bottom line is you're not going to talk & treat me so rudely, I don't care how you try to justify your actions. You don't give a crap about me as a customer or you wouldn't have acted the way you did. Don't try to care now for the rest of the world to see! I did want cheaper & overheard you tell another guest that gel over the real nail was $20...but then you tried to charge me $45 for gel & acrylic? I came in here by chance on a Saturday afternoon. I had tried three different places before I came here. The three prior places were all too busy to help me, and told me to come back in an hour. I had a baby sitter for now, not then. I was on my way to give in and go to the mall...which I  didn't want to do. I was Fantasy and decided to pull in. I'm glad I did.First impression, I was a little worried because while all other nail salons were packed today, this one was EMPTY. I decided I didn't care. It was my first chance to get my nails done in over a year.I got a mani-pedi. It was so relaxing in the pedicure chair. The massaging chair was great. My feet feel great, and despite being different types of polish, my nails and toes match great.I may have just found my new go-to nail place. Read Less

The pedicures are great. However, the salon owner did my fill-ins a few times, and her work is shoddy, at best. Also, honoring appointments is obviously not important. I always schedule appointments, and the salon owner didn't show up for 2 of them. She doesn't care about leaving her clients in a lurch. My time is valuable, which I why I schedule appointments. She didn't think enough of me to call (and yes, she had my number). I will NEVER go back to Fantasy Nail! Bad workmanship / poor customer service! Read Less

I went to Fantasy Nail for the first time on a recommendation in the fall of 2010.  The ladies there do a fantastic pedicure.  Emily, the salon owner, did my fill-ins.  She's very nice and personable.  However, my nails were always sub-par.  They were extremely thick, and she could never get them shaped properly.  I always hoped she'd improve.  However, I finally stopped going because she was the WORST at time management.  I always scheduled my appointments, and she never honored them.  The final straw was when she was 40 minutes late!  My time is just as valuable as hers.Fast forward to 2013.  I started going back for pedicures, and she asked to do my fill-ins again.  I agreed.  Still the same shoddy work, but she's just so darn nice.  I just kept giving her instructions on how to make them better.  I went to her 5 times - again, with appointments.  The 2nd time, she'd asked me to come in a day early, to which I agreed.  I got there, and found out that she'd left a day early for her vacation, and was not there!  Unbelievable!  I complained, and the ladies there called her.  She apologized on the phone, and said that she would call me in advance if she was going to be out again.  Well, I went for my scheduled appointment on last Saturday, and she was not there again!  I was TICKED OFF!  She never bothered to call (yes, she has my number!).  No one there apologized, made arrangements to honor my appointment, nothing!  I called my former, PROFESSIONAL salon from the waiting area of Fantasy Nail, and immediately went back to old faithful.  I will NEVER go back to Fantasy Nail!Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me!  It is obvious that Emily does not value me as a client.  She's extremely unprofessional, and her work is tacky!   I've gone back to my former salon, where the work is consistently good.  I pay $5 more, but, as they say, you get what you pay for.  I pay more for professionalism and GREAT looking nails! After having our original appointments messed up at another salon, we were a little frantic to get our pedicures and drove up on Fantasy Nails. We walked in and they were able to accommodate both of us within 5 minutes. The pedis were great -- wonderful calf/foot massage; extensive nail polish collection to choose from; very friendly staff. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. Additionally, the pedi was only $20 & tip. The atmosphere is nice but not exceptional if you're looking for ambience but if you're looking for a really good pedi -- this is definitely the place to go. Read Less
