I just had the worst experience of my life at Beverly Nail & Spa. I get my nails & toes done once a month. About a month ago, I wanted a full set of acrylic nails and pedicure. I wanted gel polish on both toes and fingers. The tech did not speak or understand any English. I recieved gel polish on my fingernails and not on my toes, but the tech used UV lighting to dry regular polish my toes. My total was $89. I used a $25 gift card and my balance was $65. I spent 3 hrs in the salon because my tech did not understand what she doing. That night, I realized my toe polish was rough feeling and I knew for sure that not how gel polish feels. I returned to salon the next day, spoke with Beverly the owner, she agreed she overcharged me and credited me $15 for gel polish on my next visit. Reminder I only get my nails and toes done once a month. Yesterday I sat in salon for an hour and 15 minutes, no one even acknowledge my present. Earlier today, I called to make an appointment for 5:00 to avoid the wait. I arrived at 4:55 and my services started at 5:20. I requested for Beverly or Tony. When I first sat down, I let Tony know about the $15 gel polish credit, he did not respond to me. He proceeded to do my fill-in. Fill-in service was rushed. I then went to the back for the polish change. Tony asked why did I not come the next day and I said because I already stayed over 3 hrs the day of service and I get my nails & toes done monthly not daily. Tony began to take off my regular polish with a drill, cutting into my skin around my toes. I began to examine my nails and I noticed they were half painted. I told Tony he needed to slow down because he wasn't giving good service. He got up and said, "What do what to do?". I stated "I want my nails and toes done right". He stated "I don't have time to do nails, I give u money for gel polish, u go else where, I not do nail for you." I said " I have had an appointment, what do u mean?". Tony left me in the sit in back and proceeded on to the next customer. I got up to inform Beverly of the situation. Tony placed $20 at Beverly's station. She said " If wait I can do it". I then told her that I could not wait, that's why I made an appointment from the start. Then she took the twenty dollars laying on the table and gave me $15 and said "I can't do nail". I was so angry and disappointed. Anger because I did not receive services I came for. Disappointed because I have been going to Beverly Nails & Spa for a year. I brag about them to coworkers and friends. Now I'm shopping for a new nail shop. What a way to treat LOYAL customer. I really give them NO STARS but I had to choose 1 star for this review.

I will NEVER and I mean NEVER come back here!!! I came to get my toes polished, and the only reason I came is because I didn’t have time to go where I normally go. I received sloppy service nail polish all over my toes, one of my toes not even painted all the way. I am highly disappointed. My 3 year old niece could have done better.

Used to be an awesome place to have a manicure but they've lost a lot of their excellent nail techs, the quality of work has seem to suffer. While the aesthetics of the place is very nice, the energy of the place feels dull and depressing, the work completed on my nails was just as bad. Chipping of of nails after a few days of receiving a gel manicure and swelling of my cuticle on a forefinger, after the owner herself did the gel application. I managed to prevent a major infection by doing homeopathic treatments, but it was definitely a determining factor in never returning to this place, it's not worth the health risk or money.

The worst pedicure and full set i have ever had done. Polish very messy and not cleaned up. Didn’t receive a foot massage that was suppose to be included in the package i selected. I tried to let that ride but then the same nail tech was hacking my full set. Chunks of acrylic missing and when i pointed it out he spoke over me and reassured me once he filed it would even out. It didn’t. He had to go back in and fill in missing parts. He over filed my nail changing the shape so he then had to go back and refill the others to match... this left my nails uneven and almost worse than just keeping the one messed up nail. Again, messy paint job. I even chose shellac because it’s easy and dries quicker, extra charge, but i was frustrated and wanted to leave soon. Didn’t clean up the polish and left acrylic chunks under my nails even after i asked him to go under and clean it out for me. Cost me 60$ for something i could have done at home or gotten a beauty student to do. I still tipped ten percent ONLY because i work in the service industry and don’t want bad karma but he did not deserve any tip. Had he just listened to my request instead of speaking over me i wouldn’t be so aggravated. I won’t go back. The only reason i went was because my nail salon doesn’t open as early and i had an afternoon flight to catch. I wish i could upload pictures to show y’all. It looks like a kid did my nails and toes. Not to mention the nail tech asked me “why men get a full set” because a group of gay guys were getting their nails done behind me. IDK probably because they wanted their nails done like the rest of the people in here???? To each his own man, but as a worker in that place of business you shouldn’t say snarky remarks about guest open in the public.

I've been coming here on and off for a few years. This last time was terrible. The lady doing my nails cut 6 out of 10 fingers with her electric drill file. I asked for SNS, it tuned out okay except the polish was extremely sheer. After talking to a friend, I figured out she did the steps backwards thus the sheerness. Beverly used to be a great place to get my nails done, but after this experience I won't be back.

Product does not cover my full now, when I tried to talk to him about them being uneven both length and not smooth he argued with me and said "that's why I asked if you liked them" referring to when he asked me if the square shape was okay. I have several bleeding cuticles and was disgusted with his customer service. I told him I have had my nails done for years and have never had anyone do my nails like he did and would not be coming back. To which he replied "well if you come back you come back if you don't you don't". Do not come to Beverly, keep driving!

I came in about 11:30 yesterday for a fill-in and had a little bit of a wait, despite a table being open. But I didn't mind, especially when I sat down. I don't remember my manicurist's name, but he was about 26 with small gauges. He was very nice and attentive, fixing small things that he saw wrong with my previous acrylic application. The interior is clean and well-decorated, giving a very relaxed feel to the salon. I officially will only get my nails done here!!

Let me just say the tech that did my nails was pretty nice. 1: the starting price is $30 for a pedicure! Usually some places start at $20, $25. 2: she gave me water that was the small size. It was really sweet until I later found out they charged me for it. 3: although she was nice, not much effort was put into my nails. She went fast and my nail polish look alright, I actually do a pretty decent job when I compare to this. 4: after she was done she handed me a baddy with the nail file that was used, the little scrubber and some other scrubber that was used. I thought it was weird but she just said "take it it's for you you can bring it back or bring somewhere else."5: while my nails were drying I paid she said it was $31 because I had water and took home the baggy with the nail file. . Now I know it was just $1, BUT when you live in a society that nickel and dimes you everywhere you go-you don't need this at a place where you're supposed to relax! 6: I could not write a tip on the credit card receipt and she kept insisting I use their ATM for cash withdraw. I said no because my credit card does not allow me to take out cash. It was awkward because I usually tip. I just felt like it was over priced. It was pretty clean though but so are a lot of other places.

I have been going here for a few months and was relatively satisfied with my services until today. My job requires me to have short nails and when I told my manicurist this, her attitude completely changed. Yes, we were almost finished and yes, I understand her frustration but she did not have to huff and puff and slam her utinles around making a big fuss and ask me to pay before I had completed my other services because she was "done". I left paying for a service that was incomplete because of how she reacted and treated me. Highly disappointed and will not be back.

Tony gave the worst manicure I have ever had. No actual nail or cuticle care, he skipped all of that and went right to color all over my fingers tips and bleeding cuticles from the drill. When I asked him to fix it he acted like it was my fault. This was a powder nail service not polish so no excuse for the mess as smearing is not possible. Never disinfected the bleeds or treated them, just kept works even when I said hey I'm bleeding. Tony is the manger. Beware and I now wonder if I will end up with infected nails. Was still charged $30 for the "service".

The staff and owners truly make you feel like you are their only priority at the time. They welcome you with a personal bottle of water, always keep your appointment and also have time for walk ins. I have been here for various services. From a simple touch up of color to a full set with gel polish! They even took extra time to assist me while I had a full leg brace due to a torn knee to still enjoy a pedicure! The artistry they design on your nails is always hand painted vs stenciled or done with airbrush. The price is amazing and the cleanliness is always at its best. They also treat men with gentlemen manicures and pedicures which my husband loves! I have many times asked them to surprise me with a design and have always been amazed, never disappointed. They take the time to also get to know you while you enjoy some pampering vs just sitting in silence. I will never change salons unless they close!

I used to love this place, but the quality and service has gone WAY down lately. I go at least once a month and get the same thing every time. Today, after having my nails cut, they couldn't understand what I wanted, even after I showed them a photo. After it was clear they didn't know what I wanted, I decided to not have my nails done. They then charged me $15 to cut my nails. They just lost a regular customer!

Good, not great. I came Saturday afternoon without an appointment and was taken right back which was nice, they even gave me a bottle of water. I got the most expensive pedicure and wanted the seaweed wrap which I def didn't get, the massage was ok but not the best I've had, overall I would have went with the cheaper pedicure; I don't think the one I got was worth the price tag. When I was done my pedicurist had me sit with my feet under the fan but didn't let me pay first so I was stuck until she finished another clients nails that she didn't even start until after I sat down. Also FYI you cannot leave a tip on a credit or debit card!!!

Wonderful Experience; Saved the DayAfter having our original appointments messed up at another salon, we were a little frantic to get our pedicures and drove up on Beverly Nails Spa. We walked in and they were able to accommodate both of us within few minutes. The pedis were great -- wonderful calf/foot massage; extensive nail polish collection to choose from; very friendly staff. I would totally recommend this place to everyone.

I have in the past had positive experience here. Sat. I had mani pedi and Sun. My polish started peeling off my nails. I went back this morning to have it fixed. The owner Tony was extremely rude! Never apologized, made me wait 35 minutes even though I was the 1st one waiting at the door for them to open. He took off my polish and threw on some more without looking at me or speaking to me once! His energy was so negative that I wanted to run out of that place! Please know that I am a very positive person and try to look for the good on everyone. I will never go back!

This place is not accommodating. I got a gift certificate at Christmas for a full body massage which I couldn't use because I'm pregnant and they don't even give them anymore. Owner would not accommodate by just letting me get a pedicure and manicure so my mother in law just lost her money. Not good customer service, didn't get anything done there and never will.

I've been coming here on and off for a few years. This last time was terrible. The lady doing my nails cut 6 out of 10 fingers with her electric drill file. I asked for SNS, it tuned out okay except the polish was extremely sheer. After talking to a friend, I figured out she did the steps backwards thus the sheerness. Beverly used to be a great place to get my nails done, but after this experience I won't be back.

Product does not cover my full now, when I tried to talk to him about them being uneven both length and not smooth he argued with me and said "that's why I asked if you liked them" referring to when he asked me if the square shape was okay. I have several bleeding cuticles and was disgusted with his customer service. I told him I have had my nails done for years and have never had anyone do my nails like he did and would not be coming back. To which he replied "well if you come back you come back if you don't you don't". Do not come to Beverly, keep driving!

I came in about 11:30 yesterday for a fill-in and had a little bit of a wait, despite a table being open. But I didn't mind, especially when I sat down. I don't remember my manicurist's name, but he was about 26 with small gauges. He was very nice and attentive, fixing small things that he saw wrong with my previous acrylic application. The interior is clean and well-decorated, giving a very relaxed feel to the salon. I officially will only get my nails done here!!

Let me just say the tech that did my nails was pretty nice. 1: the starting price is $30 for a pedicure! Usually some places start at $20, $25. 2: she gave me water that was the small size. It was really sweet until I later found out they charged me for it. 3: although she was nice, not much effort was put into my nails. She went fast and my nail polish look alright, I actually do a pretty decent job when I compare to this. 4: after she was done she handed me a baddy with the nail file that was used, the little scrubber and some other scrubber that was used. I thought it was weird but she just said "take it it's for you you can bring it back or bring somewhere else."5: while my nails were drying I paid she said it was $31 because I had water and took home the baggy with the nail file. . Now I know it was just $1, BUT when you live in a society that nickel and dimes you everywhere you go-you don't need this at a place where you're supposed to relax! 6: I could not write a tip on the credit card receipt and she kept insisting I use their ATM for cash withdraw. I said no because my credit card does not allow me to take out cash. It was awkward because I usually tip. I just felt like it was over priced. It was pretty clean though but so are a lot of other places.

I have been going here for a few months and was relatively satisfied with my services until today. My job requires me to have short nails and when I told my manicurist this, her attitude completely changed. Yes, we were almost finished and yes, I understand her frustration but she did not have to huff and puff and slam her utinles around making a big fuss and ask me to pay before I had completed my other services because she was "done". I left paying for a service that was incomplete because of how she reacted and treated me. Highly disappointed and will not be back.

Tony gave the worst manicure I have ever had. No actual nail or cuticle care, he skipped all of that and went right to color all over my fingers tips and bleeding cuticles from the drill. When I asked him to fix it he acted like it was my fault. This was a powder nail service not polish so no excuse for the mess as smearing is not possible. Never disinfected the bleeds or treated them, just kept works even when I said hey I'm bleeding. Tony is the manger. Beware and I now wonder if I will end up with infected nails. Was still charged $30 for the "service".

The staff and owners truly make you feel like you are their only priority at the time. They welcome you with a personal bottle of water, always keep your appointment and also have time for walk ins. I have been here for various services. From a simple touch up of color to a full set with gel polish! They even took extra time to assist me while I had a full leg brace due to a torn knee to still enjoy a pedicure! The artistry they design on your nails is always hand painted vs stenciled or done with airbrush. The price is amazing and the cleanliness is always at its best. They also treat men with gentlemen manicures and pedicures which my husband loves! I have many times asked them to surprise me with a design and have always been amazed, never disappointed. They take the time to also get to know you while you enjoy some pampering vs just sitting in silence. I will never change salons unless they close!

I used to love this place, but the quality and service has gone WAY down lately. I go at least once a month and get the same thing every time. Today, after having my nails cut, they couldn't understand what I wanted, even after I showed them a photo. After it was clear they didn't know what I wanted, I decided to not have my nails done. They then charged me $15 to cut my nails. They just lost a regular customer!

Good, not great. I came Saturday afternoon without an appointment and was taken right back which was nice, they even gave me a bottle of water. I got the most expensive pedicure and wanted the seaweed wrap which I def didn't get, the massage was ok but not the best I've had, overall I would have went with the cheaper pedicure; I don't think the one I got was worth the price tag. When I was done my pedicurist had me sit with my feet under the fan but didn't let me pay first so I was stuck until she finished another clients nails that she didn't even start until after I sat down. Also FYI you cannot leave a tip on a credit or debit card!!!

Wonderful Experience; Saved the DayAfter having our original appointments messed up at another salon, we were a little frantic to get our pedicures and drove up on Beverly Nails Spa. We walked in and they were able to accommodate both of us within few minutes. The pedis were great -- wonderful calf/foot massage; extensive nail polish collection to choose from; very friendly staff. I would totally recommend this place to everyone.

I have in the past had positive experience here. Sat. I had mani pedi and Sun. My polish started peeling off my nails. I went back this morning to have it fixed. The owner Tony was extremely rude! Never apologized, made me wait 35 minutes even though I was the 1st one waiting at the door for them to open. He took off my polish and threw on some more without looking at me or speaking to me once! His energy was so negative that I wanted to run out of that place! Please know that I am a very positive person and try to look for the good on everyone. I will never go back!

This place is not accommodating. I got a gift certificate at Christmas for a full body massage which I couldn't use because I'm pregnant and they don't even give them anymore. Owner would not accommodate by just letting me get a pedicure and manicure so my mother in law just lost her money. Not good customer service, didn't get anything done there and never will.
