Did a girls day with my sister while she was in town and we both got a pedicure. It was very reasonably priced and enjoyable. Plus you get a glass of wine. You can choice either Red or White and it will be sweet. Very nice people. We were there for probably a total of an hour. They were not very busy when we walked in, but we had made an apt ahead of time to be sure we had a spot. I would go again. Read Less

Such a great experience! I always get nervous trying out a new nail place but after the amazing service I got here, I will definitely be back! I had a milk and honey pedicure and manicure and it was so relaxing and high end but for a great price. I loved the bar where they do the manicures- it's a different vibe than normal. My wife got her nails done here (with SNS) and they started coming off in less than a week. They charged full price to redo her nails. She's been using SNS for months and never had them pop off when done anywhere else. Read Less

Had a spa experience from my son and daughter in law in urban beauty as a mothers day gift, i had back massage,indian head massage, and facial by Emma it was totally amazing along my shoulder was really sore b4 now the pain away tremendous. I came here after working a long shift. The staff was amazing and really treated me with kindness and respect. I work in retail so my feet tend to get pretty bad because I walk a lot but the tom did my pedicure was extremely profesional. I will definitely come back and bring my friends here. Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. The reason for the 4 stars is for the misleading 50% discount on a pedicure. If I understand the lady correctly I need to get my nails and feet done in order to get 50% off my pedicure. I didn't read that anywhere. I just feel it should be included in detail. OMG! I love my SNS nails! I am only in town because my brother is in the hospital. I searched for a place that did SNS and visited one but they didn't do white tips. I came here and Wen (sp?) did a fabulous job! She took her time with each nail making sure it was perfect. This is natural color with one dip in dark pink - just enough to tint it. The atmosphere was relaxing with soft music - not the tv blaring  with some stupid show on. The place was clean and didn't smell like a typical nail salon. I like the vacuum area right below where she's holding the hand while she works on your nails. It sucks the nail dust away as she works which keeps the place cleaner and prevents her (and you)  from sitting there breathing that for over an hour. The employees weren't talking amongst themselves - she was having a conversation with me. She was easy to understand and the conversation was pleasant,  not awkward. She started to just do a fill in but then suggested she start fresh because my nails were separating from the old SNS. That was a nice look -  I appreciated her taking the time to examine what I was presenting her with and making a suggestion for the betterment of keeping healthy nails. This was $40 which is what I normally pay for a new set with white tips. I am so happy with the quality. I get mine real short because I type all day. These are a perfect length and look amazing. My daughter and I went the first time for her birthday and we were treated like royalty. The staff was personable and our nails were beautifully done. We had to go somewhere else the next time because it was a holiday and they were closed, I was going out of town. When we came back, they removed the set I had on because the other place messed up my nails fit during the previous fillin. They didn't charge me for the removal. They put on a new set and, again, did a beautiful job. This was done by a different tech each time, two wonderful experiences my daughter and I had. I don't foresee us going anywhere else from now on and don't know where the poor reviews are coming from. I really like this place. I concur with all the other reviewers, clean, quiet and no smells from the nail process. They are still building a clientele so they have very few nail technicians. I have only seen four different people working there at any given time. They all speak English very well and try to relate to every customer. I've never been displeased with any services that I've received there. Once when my SNS nail chipped  before I got home the nail tech was very apologetic and fixed it right away.  They're services are reasonably priced and consistent. Read Less

This is my new go-to nail salon! It is a quiet place with beautiful decor. The ambiance is very nice, and it has an upscale feel without the outrageous prices. The nail polish color choices are vast, and they are organized by color, which I love. So much easier that way! The staff are all very nice and take their time. So many nail salons feel like they are in a rush to get through with each client, but not here. Most definitely recommended. Read Less

This place is amazing!  I heard of this place from some customers conversation  at this restaurant where i was eating (completely eased dropped on their convo). Very nice place!  Cool decor.  I went for a pedicure.  Everyone there was very friendly,  I was offered water, wine, and soda.  The young lady who did my pedicure did a fantastic job.  I just got the basic pedicure, and it included hot stones.  The prices seem comparable to those in the area.  They have a wide selection of OPI and Essie polishes, as well as shellac.  Check this place out.  I'll definitely be going back.
