My experience was wonderful. Jessica is a fantastic esthetician, I felt pampered and my skin looked fantastic. The products were non-abrasive and continue to have time released benefits even the following day. As far as facials go, this was a very affordable one for the experience that I had. My personal favorite is Wes. (Don't go to him, I want to get in when I want to get in ;) He is the most consistent and we followed him over after having varied experiences here. The owner is VERY involved and I believe willing to work with her clients and make sure they are happy. That is important when you feel like a person instead of a walking dollar sign. Of course they represent Aveda very well and are consistent with this brand's values. So Aveda Concept is very accurate when describing this salon. We have been here too many times to count and I have 4 girls. Out of all the Aveda and Aveda Concept salons in the area. This one is the BEST. Don't waste your time trying the others. I always look forward to my appointment with Hannah at Aeracura! The salon (so charming) is in Reynolda Village with lots of ample parking with easy access. Everyone at the salon is really helpful and the decor is top notch! The bathroom is accommodating as there is enough room for those who are disabled or for mom's who want privacy to change a diaper or two. Hannah is wonderful! She completely understands what I want and executes it to a T! Not only does she have amazing coloring and cutting skills....she's really personable and FUN to talk with while getting my hair done. I was told the salon was wheelchair accessible. I decided to walk in and check it out, and try to see if id be able to sit in a styling chair. When I was unable to sit in the salon chair, I told my aid I'd be needing my wheelchair. The stylist interjected that wasn't going to work, as she would be unable to rinse my hair in my wheelchair. I asked what the alternative was and she did not offer anything. In short, I was lied to. This salon does not have disabled access, which is fine, but I wish I hadn't wasted the trip. This place is amazing. There's not another salon like it in the area, it's gorgeous inside and out. Set in the beautiful Reynolda Village, right across from the gardens. Most salons I've been to feel claustrophobic with no seating for their guests, not this place. It's huge with windows everywhere and a great vibe to it, awesome furniture, great music, and just a great feel to it. Christi, the owner and master stylist is also wonderful, it's like she reads my mind. The place is going to be the new rage for a long time. I won't be going anywhere else to have my hair done again... Do yourself a favor and check this place out!!! Read Less
