Tina was amazing! Sweet and kind and went above and beyond! The place is beautiful and so very relaxing. They have brand new massage chairs! I got a ten minute neck and shoulder massage also by a man that I didn't catch his name! It was better than some 60 minute massages I've gotten !! I agree with Courtney. She and I go there together, usually, for our Pedis. I get my nails done when I can, but, have an hour and half drive to get there. I usually go on Fridays anyway, on the way to our Lakehouse, if I'm not traveling out of state. Courtney and my son, Ryan, generously, gave me a Gift Certificate there for Mother's Day. I was so looking forward to going to get a Pedi and a Foot Massage. What a complete disappointment and waste of money! My :30 Foot Massage... was nothing more than a light foot rub, no massaging whatsoever! I was so disappointed!!! I didn't say anything and I really should have. I didn't even look for license or certification in Massage Therapy. And I have not had a Full Body Massage there, nor will I risk it. I have had many massages at Resort Spas all over, including one of the best in the WORLD at the Grand Wailea in Hawaii, so trust me, this was no Massage in any sense of the word. Just a mere Foot Rub, which did nothing for my Foot Muscle Aches. My advise is to check their licensing before booking and don't be too nice to speak up like I was (so unlike me to not speak up!). Wait wasn't too long. I got exactly what I wanted. Some attitudes of the staff were definitely better than others. But the guy that did my nails was awesome. This place has gone way down hill and is horrible. My bf and I went yesterday for his birthday and the lady put water in my bowl but it wasn't hot and never turned the bubbles on. His water got cold. They were super busy which like you on a Friday expected, but it was ridiculous. We got the sea salt scrub and one of the girls only put the scrub on one of my bf's leg. I'm so done with this place. The old man that does massages doesn't even do them well anymore. A waste of $$$...$ and my bf which was looking forward to it was disappointed. They were super busy and instead of telling people we are busy there's going to be a wait folks kept coming and they kept taking them with no room to have them sit. either get your act together or shut down. Heaven Foot Spa is usually my go-to for mani-pedi needs, but this might be the last time I go. I knew they would be busy on a Saturday, but I waited almost an hour. They did sit me in a chair, but I waited so long the water got cold. I also told them their massage chair was broken and the roller balls were stuck in my lower back. No offer to move me but simply gave me a towel to put behind my back and said "it's been stuck all day." I looked past all that when the lady final...ly came to give my my coveted pedicure, but she then proceeded to get up and work the register and check on other clients twice in the 15 minutes she spent with me. I had enough and walked up to the front. The manager offered to move me to another chair but I had enough and can do just as good a job myself at home. I'm not paying $35 to sit for over and hour in a broken chair that kills my back with my feet in cold water with a manicurist that can even focus for 15 minutes. I offered to pay for the work she had done, which was take off my old polish and trim my nails, but the manager was nice enough to not charge me and apologize. This place is GREAT for pedicures ONLY! This place is one of a few places in Wilson, North Carolina that does the dip powder for your nails. When you use the dip powder on your nails you use dip powder COLORS! This particular location ONLY uses white dip powder & gel polish & they still put you under a UV light, which defeats the purpose of getting the dip powder nails which is supposed to be the most natural form of your nail. The products they use and a fan is the only way to bond your nails using this service. I'm not sure if this is there way of saving money or not but before you request a service be sure to ask how it's done. Beautiful decor...however I was less than impressed with the service. I got a simple french Mani/pedi, nothing crazy. My toes were uneven and when I asked it to be fixed I got an attitude. Now, it wasn't just a little uneven, the white tips were OBVIOUSLY thicker on one foot than the other! It looked bad. He fixed it though. Then I go to the desk to get my manicure, and he puts me at the bar because the desks are all taken. For some reason, he makes me put my hands on a wash cloth with wet paint...so what do you expect happened? The wash cloth bunched up under the uv light and hit my fresh nails and ruined them. I pulled my hand back and well I'm not sure what was said as it wasn't in English but I'm sure he wasn't giving me a compliment. Next thing I know a girl doing someone else's nails shoos him away and starts trying to fix mine. She was very short with me, like it was my fault. Oh well. I walked out with a $75 set of crooked nails. Supposed to be an enjoyable spa day before my wedding, not so much. Don't go here, go to Airport nails or Diva nails right up the road!!!Read Less

I have to say Lily is by far the best technician I've ever had at any place I've ever been in Wilson. Went here to get a pedicure and massage. The employees were very nice and welcoming. They did a great job on my feet and then the massage was great. It was on the strong side so make sure you like it that way before asking for it. Very calming atmosphere and love the music. I gave this business three stars because although they have the best atmosphere within a spa/nail salon in the area, the employees were very rude and stressed throughout the experience.My mother is handicapped and had a hard time sitting on the bar stool for the manicure. The woman assigned to her directed her to another area, but came back soon after to mockingly giggle at her with one of the other co-workers behind the counter.On top of that humiliating situation, when I went to get my eyebrows done, the woman who did them rushed me and practically jerked me around during the waxing. After she sped out I checked in the mirror and she neglected to wax off a huge area of my eyebrowMaybe if it wasn't so busy it would've been better.
