The customer service was Great! My daughter and I went to get our nails and toes done on a Sunday afternoon and the salon was already packed when we got there. We ended up waiting a little over an hour, but we didn't mind because we had heard that this is the best place to get your nails done in Wilson, NC and we wanted our nails done right. The nail techs were attentive to all the customers and kept us updated on when we would be up next. We both got fill-ins and pedicures. It was really nice and our nails looked great! I went a couple times when they first opened and it was great service, although they talk your ear off about the business, which I care nothing about. However, I went one evening about 30 minutes before closing. The place had a couple people in there. The brother, who had always been super friendly, just looked at me and said they were closed. He had no idea what I was there to have done or anything. They are way overpriced and I have not been back since and won't go back. They take too long and stay so busy that they are constantly leaving you to deal with someone else. They don't let you request who you want to do your nails either. Read Less

Very precise. Quick, but does not rush which is something I can appreciate. Expect to be there for a while because they always seem to be busy, I'd recommend making an appointment in advance (Kim is my go-to but everyone does a good job too). Great customer service! I LOVE this place. I stopped in on this place to get my nails done on a whim almost seven months ago and I go back all the time now. They take their time to do your nails and most importantly they have really good customer service. Only once did I not like the way my nails turned out and I went back the next day and they did BOTH my fingernails and toenails over again free of charge. While all the nail techs seem really qualified and professional I've personally dealt with Kim, David, Daniel and one other lady who's name escapes me (sorry!) and my nails came out great!They really seem to care about customers and value their regulars. If you're in the Wilson area this should be your ONLY stop to get your nails done! Read Less

I have been there 2 times - first time not too bad but not great.  The second time they said they would be right with me, they sat me in a chair for a pedicure.  I literally sat there for 25 minutes with no one working on me or acknowledging how long I had been sitting there.   I felt like they put me in the chair with my feet soaking  to just get me to stay instead of being open and telling me it would be up to an hour wait.  After 30 minutes of sitting there I asked how much longer and the man said it would probably be another 10-15 minutes.  Needless to say I got up and left at that point.  They should just be honest with people at the forefront and let them know the wait is going to be up to an hour! This was my first visit and although I do not get my nails done often, I will be back soon. The staff was very friendly, the wait was not long at all, I was given a bottle of water and saw the gentleman man clean my chair before I sat down. I honestly left the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks without having to break the bank (prices really are good), but perhaps I got what I paid for because in less than 24 hours, my gel manicure had bubbled up on seven of ten fingers and the nail repair done on my big toe was cracked/peeling. Perhaps it was the humidity in Wilson (I'm from up north), or maybe it was the application of the polish. In any event, I hate to leave this review because the staff and owner were honestly all gracious, kind and accommodating, but I am serious about my nails and feel it is my duty to warn people before they spend their money. I got my nails done by Lynn & she did such an amazing job every nail was filed perfect! The salon was super busy and she still took her time on each of my nails. It was so worth the wait. I was impressed! If I'm ever in Wilson and need my done I'll be sure to come to her! Read Less

They do a great job but recently got a huge shock when it came time to pay. For starters i personally don't feel that having your nails filed or trimmed the two weeks growth should cost you extra. That's called maintenance. Secondly I got the $25 pedicure. Ok this should include taking off your polish. Well it didn't. I did get gel polish which is extra and that's fine. But when I was told it cost extra to remove the gel polish from my toes I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So an acrylic fill in with gel polish and a $25 pedicure my total came to $71. Yes you see correct. This is being greedy and taking advantage of your customers. It's highly unsettling to say the least. These things need to be changed. Read Less

They were busy, but got to me quickly. Amazing gel nail & polish. Great hand & arm massage Many kinds of pedicures, I chose the signature.  They put a heat pack on my neck....
