I don’t recommend this place at all . They have terrible customer service . My friend and I went there to get our nails done . The younger guy wasn’t understanding that I wanted gel for my nails . So I just settled for regular polish since I didn’t have patients to argue . He did a terrible job of painting my nails and making it look neat . 5 days later my friends nail started peeling off and she did a manicure gel . Gel is suppose to last at least 2 WEEKS! And my nails are fading and it looks like I need a fill already . We went back today to see if we could get our money back . I started getting my nails done at White Koi about 3 months ago. As a former nail technician myself, I have to say that the service there is outstanding and the quality of their work is exceptional. I did nails for close to ten years so I'm very particular about how my nails are done. Alecia, the owner, has a great staff of technicians and a very high set of standards. Alecia is very humble about her accomplishments, but she's won many nail competitions and has been featured in many articles in multiple professional nail magazines. i took advantage of "walk-in Saturday" and so very glad i did. The great reviews are what led me to the salon and I am adding one more 5 star review because prior reviewers are "spot on". I have lost count of how many gel manicures I have had but i can easily count the number of great ones and the white koi staff is in the top of that list. the salon is incredibly clean, they use great (no cutting costs here) products, the staff was very customer focused, and the manicure was incredible. i was visiting from austin, tx and wish i could take them with me! the owner's husband was my nail expert but every customer during my visit left happy from every chair. highly recommended. I went to get my lashes done on 3/24/2017...Friday. I sat in the chair, it took the rech 10 minutes to start on me because she was so busy looking at the other tech who was doing another customer's lashes. When she finally got to me she wasn't really paying attention abd I kept telling her something was sticking me in my eye, when she was done they looked ok, so I went and got my nails done, now My nail are beatuiful done just like I like the. Now back to the lashes, so wgen... I got in my truck, It still felt like something was in my eye. So I went to dinner and bowling and every time I looked to the sideI felt that sticking then it started in both eyes. Went to bed and the next morning 1 lash was hanging and the other came off. Went in for a quick gel manicure, loved how sweet everyone was when I was greeted. They had way too many gel colors to choose from. They were in the middle of redoing the salon I guess, so I cant say too much about the decor. I was very please with my service, and you could tell they take pride in their work. I LOVEEEEE White Koi! First of all it is always VERY clean(they give you your own file/buffer to keep), everyone is licensed and professional. I am always offered something to drink and I am always treated kindly with a smile. Alecia, the owner, has personally trained her staff on all the latest techniques and trends! They can do ANYTHING with your nails that could could possibly want from a simple manicure all the way to aquarium or snow globe nails! I was VERY disappointed. I heard great things about this salon. I had a new nail tech but my nails were uneven, cuticles not pushed back and the gel polish chipped off within 2 days (im not hard on my nails). I couldnt even finish my pedicure because it was taking so long. My booked appointment was for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Half way through my pedicure i had already been there 2 hours. I wish i had a better experience. I think they do amazing nail art but for a regular mani pedi i will not be going back :-( Read Less

Switched to this salon because the prices were much cheaper than the other salons. Turns out you get what you pay for. I had been going there for couple months and never had a problem. They don't know how to properly do coffin nails. They never look quite right and often missed polishing some of the sides/tips of my nails but I knew you get what you pay for and I was okay with that until recently.
