Two stars for niceness. Went to this place based on raving reviews while in town for business. The place is dirty. There’s dust all along the walls and on furniture. They use metal tools, but I didn’t see a blue light machine anywhere ( saw cleaning tub though and there was just a container of bleach next to it). Clippers were just taken out of the desk without being sanitized. At my regular salon, everything is sanitized appropriately and packed into special sealed bags. The nail job itself: two layers made the nails see through. The nail polish itself cracked minutes after I left the salon. The gel was not completely dry on the sides of nails and lint and hair got stuck to it. The technician also left me to just sit there while she was doing another person’s brows without saying anything at all. The hours posted online are incorrect and so are the prices. Was told on the phone that gel manicure is 25, the menu inside of the store says 30, and I was charged 35. I paid it, whatever, but maybe, just maybe, all the things that are wrong with this place, are the reason that they don’t have customers. Thy literally try to run a business but not invest into it. I would never go back, and I can’t belive this is a regular place for some people or so they say. Andrea is so beautiful and friendly. Been there 3 times now. Did threading yesterday. Amazing! I plucked my brows for a long time and didnt do a good job creating perfect brows. I went there the day before my sons wedding as it was convenient because of getting my nails done next door. I needed to get into somewhere quick. I liked her and the job she did so much the first time. Now she is my fave.. she has created beautiful brows for me and makes sure im satisfied before leaving. ILL NEVER LET ANYONE ELSE DO MY BROWS.They are her creation.. What really impressed me is she recognized me the second visit. And now the 3rd.. Andrea did my hair and make-up for my wedding...she was amazing and made me feel as beautiful as she is. She is one of the nicest people I know. She has also done my daughters hair and makeup for many special occasions and never failed to amaze me with her talents. I have also seen her posting all the latest trends...it's nice to see her continuing to better herself and her business with all the extra training she gets to provide the latest and greatest trends. Back then i would ave recommended this place but now i dont. first they didnt do my moms hair how she wanted it and she had a SUPER bad mood towards my mom when she told her. Awesome place! I got the works & pricing is very reasonable!! Got manicure & pedicure by Lexi. She's very sweet & takes time to get to know you. My nails haven't looked this good ever! Erika did my makeup & this sweetie is an artist! She did awesome job! Takes time to ask you what you want, your likes & dislikes. Selerina did my hair. Once again, I was asked what I like & want.
