I have been coming here for several years....I love the staff, services. They always do a great job. The best part is the leg massage after the pedicure and applying the warm towels. My husband travels alot, so I treat him once in a while to a pedicure and leg massage, he surely appreciates it. We wouldn't go any other place. I had the best experience! I went in the day before Christmas to get gel nails. Not only did Tommy do any amazing job on my nails, but they had snacks, Christmas cookies and drinks for everyone who came in. I enjoyed having a drink (or two) before cooking for the family. Read Less

The salon is very clean and pretty. The pedicure chair is very comfortable. They use disposable liner for your pedicure which is another plus. All of the staffs are super friendly and helpful, and skilled. They can do a lot of cool designs. I strongly recommend it to everyone. Read Less

This is absolutely my favorite nail salon in Wilmington. The place is clean and beautifully designed which creates a very relaxing atmosphere to be pampered in. They use great OPI and CND polish and I have never had any issue with my shellac manicure and pedicure. The staffs are friendly, attentive and caring, especially Tao and Tara. I love the collagen gloves that they use for manicure service. It makes hands smooth and soft. The gloves are cleaner compared to soaking my nails in a bowl of water. In addition, the gloves materials that are 99% UV protective that making me feel safer to go under the LED lights. Overall I had a great manicure shellac service. My nails looked good. Really bad service. Awkward people doing my nails. Made me uncomfortable. Not a solid layer of nail polish. Didn't cover my nails all the way. I had to ask for flip flops and toe separators. I just started going to QT Nails at Mayfaire in November last year. It definitely became my new favorite. I have always loved everyone I've had for my Pedicure and liquid gel filling. I went in for a polish change on my toes and was told I could remain in the chair while my polish dried. All of a sudden a man, I believe Michael, rushed over, grabbed my flip flops and tried to put them on my feet! I grabbed my flip flops back and said I'll put them on. The gal who did my polish tried to help me while others stood and watched. What a rude manager and the polish was messed up trying to get my shoes on before the polish dried! DON'T GO TO THIS SALON. Best shellac manicure i've had in town! She took her time working on my cuticles, and making sure my nails looked good. I'm going back this week for a pedicure. My only objection is that the eyebrow wax I got was not good at all. I honestly could't tell the difference, and I didn't notice until I left. My mom and I had a great experience getting manicures and pedicures at Epic! Our technician's were friendly, professional, and seemed to be very hygienic. The massage chairs were almost new and were amazing! Loved how my nails turned out! I did later have a slight issue with my nail color (no fault of Epic) and they changed the color with no problem! We called ahead and were told that they had plenty of room for walks ins. We got there within 15 minutes of calling and had to put our name on the list and we're told it was a 30 minute wait.   Not a big deal, we came back in 30 minutes and had to wait an additional 10. Then we were seated in pedicure chairs and told it would be 15 more minutes... then after 15 minutes and additional 10 minutes, so on and so forth.  After waiting over an hour we finally got up and left without having our pedicures. If your wait times are going to be long that is fine, but be honest with people so they're not wasting their time. Our time is valuable and I do not appreciate being lied to! I was visiting from out of town and in need of a pedi and gel mani. I almost didn't go to this salon based on some of the negative reviews but it was close to where I was staying so I took a chance. Glad I did!  I had a terrific experience. The foot tub was lined with a disposable plastic liner to help with sanitation and Amy, who was helping me took her time and was very methodical and detail oriented. She was just as careful with my gel mani; providing plenty of soak time to get the old gel polish off without any harsh scraping or filing and applying several very thin coats of color rather than two thicker ones (which helps it last longer but no one does because it takes more time). It's now been almost three weeks and my nails still have not chipped. Thank you Amy! Read Less
