I tried Galaxy for the first time today. Han took me right away and Bic did an amazing job on my nails. Great experience. I loved it! I've already given Galaxy 5 stars for a wonderful manicure. When I first got there they were really great and friendly but there were only 2 people there and the guy took forever to come do our nails and we were the only people in there! Then I got a fill and color change with the gel polish and my polish came off in less than a week! I’m so mad I will never go there again! Read Less

Had my nails done by Bic today! I have been getting my nails done for 20 years...Bic is the best! He does them so thin not a globe of product they look SO NATURAL! Also his free hand design is impeccable! He pays attention to your requests and will then provide his knowledge and why! I drive a half hour to see him and seriously would drive an hour! First time at this salon and won't be coming back! I went in to get a full set and the lady struggled with gluing the tips on and applying the gel powder evenly and correctly which resulted in AIR BUBBLES on almost all my nails. I got French tip so they are very noticeable. "Bubbles in acrylic/gel are usually caused by an incorrect ratio of liquid to powder. They can also form when you over-work the acrylic/gel (excessive patting). ... Remember that too much primer and an incorrect liquid and powder ratio will also cause lifting at the cuticle." I went here once and loved it the gentleman did such a wonderful job so I wanted to go back well I just left extremely disappointed. I am 38 weeks pregnant and after a long week I just wanted to enjoy that awesome pedicure like I did last time. No joke from the time I sat in the chair to take my boots off and soak to the time she rushed me out of my chair 25 mins. They weren't even busy! I went to beauty school and have done pedicures and I get them fairly regular and never have I had such a Horrible massage and pedicure all around than I did today. Very disappointed! Read Less

Just relocated and stopped in for a minor tip repair. Nothing major. Literally just adding a bit of acrylic to the corner of a nail. The gentleman was very rough, did the nail uneven and cut me underneath the nail when he was attempting to clean up the chunk of acrylic that he put there. Once I left, there was still a pretty big chunk of acrylic under the tip. Removed it myself. Definitely not going here again. Read Less
