I Will never go back here again. First and last time. The lady hurt me more than once. And it was not professional. I left the same way I went in, just a lighter wallet. Service was terrible. This place is SO dope!!! Dynh is such a creative entrepreneur who is also wicked down to earth and passionate about his craft, which clearly shows in his work. His whole staff is super friendly and he has picked his employees based on extensive experience/talent. I came in this past week for my appointment with some seriously jacked up acrylic nails and my toe nails had been cut incorrectly making them very painful, Dynh fixed everything and had me feeling brand new. Love the... nail work stations and the personal pictures of family/friends. These people care and this is no conveyor belt nail shop, it's real deal. It's always so awkward when someone is yelling at you from the back of a room "you have appointment?" and you aren't sure what to do. I arrived for my apt and they sat me down immediately - no waiting.The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make conversation and make you feel like you're welcome there. Even got a farewell from the owner on my way out the door. Complimentary drinks are offered (hollaaa) and as established by other reviews you can play video games while getting a pedicure which is just really cool.2. Quality - my nails look fantastic. Even though I just went in for a polish change she evened my nails up and used those clipper things on the skin that was splintered. I'm super happy with the color and quality of the finish. My nail shape is exactly how I like it and no one argued with me about the shape I wanted or told me "that's why you no have boyfriend." (Angela Johnson anyone??) She was super quick as well! Today I had a fantastic zen experience after yet another massage from Jessica. She is so intuitive in her technique, sensing just what areas need special attention. The ambiance of the room is soothing with soft lights, relaxing music and candles. Massage is just one of my indulgences at Originails. I am always cheerfully welcomed whenever I come for other services as well, including nails, facials, and peels. Each employee is very well-versed in their particular area. My complexion has improved 100 percent since Anastasia instructed me on a facial regimen which includes not only the type of products needed, but the correct application and follow up care. I don't even think this place deserves one star. Made an appointment for 5:15 for me and a friend, waited 20 minutes for them to tell us only one of us can be seen at 6. I told them our appointment wasn't at six it was at 5:15 and that we want to be seen together. He said one of us could come back for a discount of 20%. I walked out. Came there on friday july 22nd with a bridal party. We were supposed to be there for 3 full sets of nails and 2 fills.. they had us booked for 5 regular manicures.. the lady said she couldnt do all 5. So 3 of us had to go elsewhere. Because she said there Is no one else to call in. What kind of nail place only has one tech working on a friday... then all she talked about was how great it was that we did have to go somewhere else because then it meant a much needed break for ...her.. needless to say this women did not care that she ruined the brides day or anyone else's.
