Best “Hidden Gem” in Wilmington! This salon is run by a super sweet family. Their attention to perfect details is only topped by their excellent customer service! I got a manicure by Katrina on Wednesday. She was very sweet and friendly. On Thursday I woke up with half the nail polish off one of my ring fingers. On Friday three other nails chipped/peeled off. I stopped in today and asked her to fix them. She said that’s what happens when you don’t get a gel manicure. For clarification, I said to her “so if I get a manicure one day, then I can expect it to peel the next.?” She said yes, and asked me if I wanted a gel manicure. I said “no”. I re stated that I really just wanted them repaired. I didn’t appreciate that I had to beg her to fix them. She rudely and finally said to me “choose your polish”, as she turned away from me. I was a walk in, and they took me right away. The technician was friendly and very thorough.  I have problems with my feet, and she was gentle,  but, as I said, very thorough. This was my second time to go there to get a gel mani and pedicure. I've been very pleased both times.  I will be going back. Read Less

Just went to this shop after giving them a call that I will be there in 15 minutes. They friendly said "ok see you soon". When I got there with 15 minutes drive, they asked me to wait 30 minutes. Seriously? Of course I didn't get the service and won't return. Didn't even apologize. Very disappointed. Read Less

Absolutely poor customer service. My nails were constantly always breaking and chipping in less then two weeks. After many visits to the salon, I was very frustrated that my acrylic nails kept chipping and I shared to them that I did not understand why my nails kept breaking (NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE). I had one nail chip in less then 18 hours since I got them done and called the owner to see if I could come in the next day to have my nail re-polished..not even fixed...I made sure that I spent over 30 minutes drying my nails because I wanted my nails to last. She said yes come after work. When I called to come in she said I could not come in, spoke another language to me on the phone and then immediately hung up. I was appalled especially after always leaving 25% tip, being very kind, and telling people to try out the place. I will not be coming back nor recommend this place to anyone.Also, was overcharged on this last visit. Literally changed the price compared to what I was paying every other week before. Ridiculous. On vacation in the area and my nail broke. Needed to find a place to go nearby and tried Garden Nails. They did an excellent job with my fill in and shaping my nails exactly how I like it. Friendly and fast service. Lots of colors to choose from. Highly recommend! Read Less

Awesome place! Clean, nice, and fast. They do great designs, gel, and acrylic. The pedicures feel amazing and the polish lasts for months. The staff is up to date on nail trends and willing to try different things and take risks. I've never had a bad experience. I love that you can walk in or set an appointment. If you request a specific technician and they are busy someone will either tell you when to come to the shop or they will take your number and call you when it's time to come. I've been to other more pricey salons and nobody has ever done my nails as well as Garden Nails and Spa. This is my go to place for nails. They are affordable and the entire staff is nice. Read Less

This place goes out of there way to make sure you are comfy and happy. The massaging chairs are so very nice. While being massaged by the massage chair the nail tech is hard at work making your toes look and feel fabulous. While laid back into the chair the art of a local artist that also is the owner of this nail salon, will distract and inspire at the same time. The art is wall to wall and are all for sale. With repeated business, the client is given a frequent card to get stamped for each visit to receive a free gift.
