Love this place! I had an ingrown toenail the very first time I went & before I even said anything about it, the owner said “Does that hurt? I got a full set of acrylic nails and this is the 5th place I've gotten my nails done and my nails are perfect. I've been searching for a new place to get my nails done for a while and I tried out here and not only was it the best-looking set I've had. They have really good service and they are fun people. Hands down the best nail salon in Wilmington! I stopped here on a whim one day after dropping my daughter off on that side of town. (I live in CB) The very first time I ever visited this joint the owner offered me a shot of Patron. He was also playing his guitar in between patrons. He was very sweet and so were all the other employees, laughing and joking around, and actually holding conversation with customers. Cami is the absolute BEST for a manicure! She really does great work that lasts and lasts. My LCN manicure will usually last around a month before I need a fill. She will also, if you allow her, pick out a color she thinks is best for your hair, eyes, and skin tone! I can't say enough good things about Classy Nails. I have been to many salons in Wilmington and have never left as satisfied as I do when I leave Cami and her coworkers. I have made the mistake of visiting other places but never again. I really had high hopes for this place. I am new in town and needed a place to go to regularly. Originally, leaving I was happy. I got a French manicure and it was well done. But the next day, I had 2 toes with missing paint. One more the next day and now 5 days later another. I've been getting my nails done religiously every 2 weeks for 10+ years so I know I can normally go 2 weeks with no issues. I barely made it a day!!! That's insane. Now, I have some white paint, so I've fixed them, but I shouldn't have to. I will never go back to this place. They couldn't even get my pedicure to last a day. Bring cash for tips! The owner thinks he's funnier than he is, it's a little irritating. He won't let you put tips on the credit card total so the poor technicians often don't get tipped unless you walk to the atm or Food Lion to get cash. The people are very nice & do good work. They do waxing if you want that, but I don't know what that room looks like. A mani/pedi takes 2 hours and you cant make an appt so be prepared to wait if there is a person or 2 in front of you. We drive several miles to get our manicures and pedicures from Classy Nails. I have been to several different nail places in Wilmington, with several doing a great job. The difference is, Matthew, Cami, Selena, Danny, and the rest of the crew always make us feel so welcomed. They do a fantastic job and you just can't beat the experience. First time going to Classy Nails. I googled best nail salons in Wilmington and found their Facebook page. I drove 30 minutes to get here in need of a good nail salon. I made an appointment for 10:30 and wasn't seen until 11:15, due to short staff. Everyone who worked there made it a point to update me about how much longer and what was going on and when I would be seen. Once I was seen by Matthew, he so was friendly. Normally nail salon chats (for me) seem a bit forced and aw...kward but he was so easy to talk to and friendly. Also, when I see something I don't like usually about my nails, usually I don't like to mention anything, but he asked me several times to please let him know if I wanted anything fixed and it would be no problem. When I mentioned one of the nails was a bit off, he was happy to fix it and thankful I said something. He even told me if anything was wrong with my nails after I left to come back and see him and he would fix it. Cammie (I believe her name was) was also very sweet and helpful my entire I had such a pleasant experience at this place. I typically do not write reviews BUT... today was my 1st time visiting Classy Nails and I had a French Manicure and an AWESOME Pedicure with Matt and WOW! Why haven't I been to this establishment sooner?? Clean, very friendly, attentive, and I received exactly what I asked for! I've had gel fill ins twice here. Both times they didn't hold up very well. I'm very disappointed! The 2nd time I could only get one hand done b/c I had surgery on one hand. I feel they over charged for the one hand fill in. I also had a pedi (on 2nd visit) here. It was awful!!! The guy hurt me...my toe was bleeding & a week later it still hurts. Never again! The nails started chipping the day after the second visit. And I can't be very active due to my surgery. I will not be going back here & would not recommend! Read Less

Very sad to see great reviews but my visit wasn't the best.. I gave 2 stars because I walked out happy.. but not for long. My fill took about 20 minutes due to the place being PACKED (I called 20 min earlier and made an appointment and he said nobody was in there) he totally rushed my nails.. so fast the electric filer would go off my nail into my skin without control.. my gel polish I pay an extra 13$ for apparently since I paid 30$ a fill when the board said acrylic fill ...for 17$ But no price for gel polish... my polish is BUBBLING off and my nails REAK of polish... I would say after every coat my nails were under the light for 15-20 seconds MAX.. also the man doing my nails was going to SKIP the base coat and I had to remind him... I AM PAYING FOR THE BASE. I am just extremely irritated because I KNOW I will have to spend another 30-35$ for another fill here in about 3 days due to them lifting and polish peeling off.. it's not fair. I discovered this place from reviews on yelp and I have yet to be disappointed.  Cami is absolutely awesome and does a fabulous job- best LCN French manicure I've ever had! Apparently because of the reviews, this place gets A LOT of business, and it was incredibly busy when I went. No one was waiting when I went in, and a few minutes later someone else walks in. They had told me to pick a color, so while I was doing that, the person that came in AFTER me was asked to go sit down in a chair. While I continued to wait, about 15 minutes later, another person walks in (and clearly a regular is talking to some of the people there), and they ask her to sit down in a chair. So now, two people went in front of me. It was made clear that neither had appointments either, making it worse. Blood boiling, I almost walked out, but one of the workers came up to me and said they were cleaning the next chair for me. The girl that did my pedicure did a good job, other than one of my big toes bleeding a lot, causing a bit of pain. All in all, I would come back, because the polish was great, but I will definitely make an appointment so it's not as rushed. Read Less

Having been disappointed by another nail salon on my last trip here, I knew I had to rely on Yelp. And as always, yelp didn't lead me astray!The staff was very welcoming from the moment my friend and I walked in, and throughout our pedicures, they gave everyone that walked in the same treatment. We were walk ins, and they fit us in immediately, having us get our nail color and feet soaked while they finished up. They were quick but attentive to my nails, and they did a great job - much better than the last place I went to in wilmington and with no up selling! Prices were very fair. My fiancée' and I decided to come here before out upcoming wedding in Wilmington. Our decision was based on the great Yelp reviews :-). It has been many years since I had a manicure and pedicure, so according to my fiancée my feet were rough. We went with the deluxe manicure and pedicure. Great experience and awesome service. The staff took there time and even offered us water. Very friendly and relaxed environment. I had no idea about how much goes into this type of service. I had an awesome experience. As a walk in I assumed I would have a long wait but they took me immediately. For the first time ever at a nail salon I had a lengthy consultation about what I was looking for and what products/services they offered. I was educated on the actual process and what to expect. I had a LCN manicure and I love it. My nails are strong and just the right length for me! I thought $50 was a little pricey until I talked to a few friends and found out they were paying much more. I went to Classy Nails for the first time a few days ago. I moved to this side of town and needed a new place. After reading the reviews, I thought I'd give it a go. Really glad I did. Very clean place with a wonderful and friendly staff. We were laughing and having a nice time talking during my visit. I love how my nails turned out. I got the shellac for the first time and love it. My only suggestion is, I wish they had more package options for the pedicures. Im not into the paraffin treatment but love scrubs so would love to see more along those lines. But otherwise, perfect place! Read Less

I am currently on the search for a nail place in Wilmington. Sadly, I do not think this will be the place. I had no problems, and they seemed to have regulars, but I am a huge shellac and pedi fan and this just was not up to par. I waited about a week to write this message, to see how it lasted, but it has not gotten better. The ends of my nails are fading (pet peeve) and my toes are uneven.
