I took my 3 daughters there and got their nails done and purchased a 25 dollar gift certificate for my wife. The nail polish lasted about 4 days and they wouldn’t honor my wife’s gift card. This place is a joke! Read Less

Was there this Saturday and the only female that was there did my pedicure. She used the cheese grater object on my feet and took a slice of meat on the side of my foot. Also a slice off my little toe! I actually had to tell her to stop. I bled a lot! Still bleeding when I left. You'd think she would offer a discount! Won't go back there again. I came here to get a full set for my wedding day. I came on 9/8/16. I did not have to wait long, but it took three different people to put on the nails and paint the nails. At the end my nails were some weird shape between square and round (not what i wanted) and they were so think and clumpy and just did not look good. Also, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and what colors I wanted and they did not do that at all. I wanted light pink (my wedding color) and one sparkly silver nail on each hand. My mom gave me a gift certificate that she got but couldn't use for a pedicure/manicure at this location.  So my sister and I went today.  The good news is they weren't busy, however the bad news is they only had a couple of people working on nails, so we had to wait a little for someone to start the pedicure station.  I was a little concerned because there wasn't a plastic container in the wash basin and the pedicure tools were just sitting in a random caddy, so you had no idea if they were clean or not. I've been to nail salons where they make sure you know everything is clean; like a disposable plastic covering in the tub so your feet isn't touching the bottom as everyone else, and the tools are individually wrapped.  The color job was not that great at all.  My nails looked like something I would manage At home with a shaky hand.  My toe nail polish has already chipped off.  I've been to several nail places and this is by far the worst I've witnessed and will not return. They used to be great before they changed ownership.  New owners are very rough with the manicure tools.  They don't seem to understand that a they are not scrubbing potatoes and that pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience.  Were so careless with the clippers that they made my foot bleed.  Will never go back Read Less
