They are the lowest Koreans I've seen. The older man started on my nails, blew his nose and didn't wash his hands!! Then he started on these two ladies that had appts at 4, and its 5:30!! Then the older lady finished up my nails and they weren't even at all. I told her to just put clear polish on (because it had already been 2 1/2 he's there). This chick puts one coat of clear polish on my nails and told me to seat by the door and let them dry!!! Nit under the lamp, but just sit in on of the waiting chairs. On 1/20/18 I went in to have a fill in. He said they could do the dip nails. They did not have many colors. One girl started taking my color off. She trimmed them. They were not shaped back. Then the guy finished me. He kept buffing the color off as he did it. Even broke one of the tips. When done. He put a gel top coat. That is so wrong! Well Sunday ut all started pealing off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I called and made an appointment for 5:30, staff asked if we could come in at 5:15 and we accommodated them. When we (2 people) arrived, no one said hello or acknowledged our existence. After 5 minutes I approached someone about our appointment and she refused to speak with me. After 20 minutes of waiting we still had yet to be helped or acknowledged. At that point we walked up and talked to someone who said it would be only a few more minutes. Previously on Friday, I received a pedicure and a fill in with mood color gel polish. I went back today to see if it was possible that the gentleman that did my nails picked up the wrong color and put on my nails, accidently. Instead of Henry trying to find out what happen, he immediately began to argue with me about the color that I choose. I attempted to explain for it to be a mood gel polish that it was not changing colors. After two minutes arguing, I left. His behavior was unprofessional say the least. Read Less

Today I went in to have my eye brows waxed. Sat in the lobby for a few minutes while the staff asked everyone except me what I needed. Someone asked and they took me immediately. However 2 minute into my wax another technician opened the door and "rushed" the woman who was doing my eyebrows. She closed the door and within 1 minute had opened the door and "rushed" her again. Just amazing! I have to find a place like this at home. The most relaxing place ever and the first time I fell asleep during a pedicure. Just amazing. I like how quiet the atmosphere was. I hate going To nail shops that are loud with mostly the technicians talking to each other. It was quiet, relaxing, and exceeded all expectations. I will be back when I visit Raleigh next year. Not the friendliest staff but a nice relaxing place. The chairs are life! The lady that did my mani was kinda standoffish while tried to make general conversation while getting my service done. Seriously the best nail spa! I was feeling super cold, and the owner brought me a cup of hot coffee! Gave me his time and worked hard of my rough nails to make them look amazing! Definitely recommend this place! Read Less

Best nail salon I have been to in Raleigh!! The place is clean and modern. The technicians are friendly and they even offer wine! My favorite parts were the chairs that recline for the massage, and the iPads to play with. Can't wait to go back!! Read Less
