I came here today to get my nails done for prom. The lady who did my nails ended up making me bleed on the corner of my pinky and ring finger. Then I asked her to remove a hair I saw on my nail, but instead she put a coat on top. Finally she picked at one of my nails causing the nail polish to become ruined. She charged me 35, and would not lower the price. Instead she suggested that I stay for another clear top coat. I refused because I did not have enough time. & she then basically told me that it was my problem. I wasn't asking for free nails, only a lowered price. I don't recommend at all. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!! I have been frequenting this salon for almost 2 years and their service has always been below standard but they are convenient so I used them. Choose your battles right? On the last 2 visits I was injured in various ways. I know you are thinking why did you go back?? The first time it was a simple case of the tech cutting into my cuticle too deeply. There was blood and a good deal of it. She also left abrasions from a brow waxing. I figured not a bit deal. I have a pretty high tolerance for this sort of thing... "Well she is having a bad day." Then on this last trip she cut into my SKIN around my cuticle. An entire line of skin was cut up the side of my toe right beyond my cuticle. There was bleeding of course but I figured okay.... I just won't come back here again. But then when I got home and "inspected" the situation I was shocked what I was looking at. Then the pain started... I have the worst infection. I have been treating at home and hopeful that I won't need to see a doctor but I am so frustrated and angry that such little care was taken. I take my kids periodically with me as a special treat. Can you imagine this happening to a child?? I will not be returning. I did however find a place over in Wakefield by the movie theater. They also give you your own tools when you go. They are bit more expensive but when I am ready I will be using them if I ever go back to a salon like this. I wish you the best in finding the right place but steer clear of this place if you want to be able to keep your feet pretty and infection free. Read Less

I absolutely love this place. I found it not long after I moved here in 2014. I won't go anywhere else. We moved again, and now I go by probably 5 or 6 nail salons to get here, but I still come. Today was my third time visiting this nail salon. The previous two times I was able to get a fill for my acrylics but this time I needed a full set. Big mistake. After applying the plastic part of the fake nails she proceeded to cut them down with little scissors. Like the ones my elementary school kids use. After cutting them down pretty short she filed them about 5 times, leaving barely any length left. By the time she applied the acrylic and then filed them again they were no longer than my original nails.... Why anyone would pay 35$ for acrylics that weren't longer than their natural nails I'm not sure. Then, when picking out my gel polish from the gel sets, I found a wonderful pink and a matching pink with sparkles for my accent finger only to find out that they didn't have that color. The women chose a color she claimed was almost the same. Left the salon with a strange pearlish color that is BARELY pink and a sparkle polish which didn't completely cover my nail. Needless to say, I think I'll keep looking for my new go to salon. Read Less

I just left and the lady with the young little boy did my pedicure. I waited longer for her to do the pedicure longer than the pedicure actually took. I have been getting pedicures for many years and that had to be the worse experience..I felt as if it was rushed and she skipped steps. I noticed a difference between the way they treated a black person if they walked through the door and how they were greeted than another race..I always tip and I usually leave a great tip but not today. Do not go to Lucky Nails there wasn't a thing lucky about my experience. I'm upset and I had to feel as if I wasted my hard earned money. I will not be going back. Read Less

I have been a loyal client for several years.  In recent months their service had declined and I've decided it is time to find a new salon.Their turnover is high and the only familiar face left is the owner.   On my most recent visit, one of the workers had her toddler son at work with her.  He cried non stop and her client's pedicure was perpetually interrupted when she would get up to yell at him.   The whole scene was uncomfortable and left those of us in the chairs more stressed than when we came in. My pedicurist overheated the paraffin and scalded my foot.  When I told her it was too hot and  I needed cold water,  she continued pressing it into my skin.   If a language barrier was at issue, I assure you my tone and actions were unmistakable. I love supporting small businesses and understand that everybody can have a bad day, but the service has been progressively worse.  :( Read Less

I've been a loyal customer for several years. In recent months, the service has been hit or miss. Today, one of the technicians brought her young son to work and he was very unhappy and crying the whole time. My technician overheated the paraffin and I left with red, painful scalding on my foot. If I could give zero I would. Went in as a walk in for a pedicure, fully expecting to wait a little, and had planned to wait before another appointment I had. Another women came in a few minutes after me for just a manicure...walk in as well. I waited 30+ minutes while they finished other clients and took the women who walked in after me first. Awful. Bubbles in half of my nails and the manicure I paid for consisted of a 5 second file and that was it! Nothing to shape my nails or anything. My base coat was put on my nails very sloppy, and my technician stopped to text on her phone every few minutes. Best pedicure ever! Went there today and was very impressed by the services rendered. I got the best pedicure I've had in a while and it was in a clean, friendly & relaxing environment. I also got a manicure and am very pleased with the results of this as my cuticles were a nightmare. Do Not Recommend: First visit to this salon was with a friend; we had manicures only but they kept trying to get us to have pedicures. On my second visit, they talked me into shellac which I am still recovering from; my nails are weak and it was horrible getting it off.
