The salon is so gross there were live coach roaches in the trash can. The hygiene  is awful.  I got a pedicure and  the tech rushed through the whole  process.  The tech didn't scrub my feet good. Quality of service is poor. Never going back. Read Less

I am a twice a month pedicure kinda girl!   I asked for my nails to be cut short, they were not.  They scrubbed my feet so lightly and quickly, I don't even think I felt it, let alone got any old skin off.  Polish looked thick and globbed on.  Very disappointed as this is near my new home.  Will not be back.  P.S. Customer service was lacking. After a few days the gel polish on my finger nails began to peel. This was already a return trip because of the streaking and ripples in the actual polish. I called and they promised to redo them at no cost and get them right. Once I got there, they refused to honor their promise. 3 trips and very unsatisfied. Read Less

Got my first shellac here and I was very happy! It's been over 14 days and I'm going strong! They were very nice and the only one I could find with the door shut and AC on during a hot day.  My new nail salon for sure! Read Less

I feel like the quality has gone down drastically the past year. Got a pedicure this last week and the tech who did my polish rushed, and applied a quick and messy top coat. When it's applied carelessly and thick like it was done, you get bubbles and streaks. I could have done a better job, but since I'm pregnant I can't bend over like I used to. It's a shame that they don't take the time to give out a quality product like they used to. It's a really good price, but there is no value to the service.Read Less

Nice people!  Not enough experience with technique and sub-par materials.  Had a pedicure which was not bad, but had to go back twice for repeat procedures on my nails as they began to lift after just a couple days.  The staff is young and seems to be just startig out...they best practices are strictly simple services.  Not what you want if you are looking for chemical nails. Every time I go to this salon they take care of me right away. They do not cut corners on the quality. I have moved many times over the past 15 years that I have been getting my nails done, and I am very pleased with what they do.
