Visited on Friday, June 1st. Decent appointment. I left really happy, just as I have the past few times. Technicians don’t talk very much to me, but figured it was because I was new to their salon. Visited again on June 8th (today). I do not usually go so close together, but 2 nails broke, and 5 were peeling. I have a special event this saturday, and wanted a fresh manicure! Just walked out, without any service done, due to how rude the receptionist was. Other customers even noted how rude the interaction went. I was told to do something, that I couldn’t understand... then yelled at for not following her directions. It turns out she was telling me to have a seat at one of the tables- but I thought I heard “you wait for me” as she pointed at me. Then she came back around the corner (noticing I didn’t follow) and said “I TOLD YOU! COME WITH ME!” I said “Oh! I’m so sorry, I didn’t understand you.” And sat down. I became more frustrated thinking about how she had just interacted, so I got up and left. A customer stopped me on the way out and said “She was so rude. I hear you, and I don’t have time for that either.” I had just established myself there, and have been visiting every two weeks for the past two months. Now, I am currently visiting the other side of the shopping center, at their competition. I won’t visit again. Read Less
