Was (as in past tense) my favorite salon, they did a wonderful job, at least in the evening. But on one occasion, after I drove all the way there, they told me they didnt have time for me so I had to leave, and yes I always tip....LOL I run a business and if you get in the door, we take care of you, no matter how long it takes.....well anyway. As I am preparing for a cruise I want to wait as long as I can to have nice nails for the coming week but I dont want to take a chance in the afternoon of not getting them done, so I go in when they open. Well what I got was the all time worst pedicure I have ever seen. Horrible, painted over cuticals and didnt even shape up my toenails. Feel like I need to wear shoes on my cruise. Well after that I asked the guy there to do my nails and he said he had to leave. I told him she did not do a good job on my toes and he said, yeah yeah, like he knew she didnt know what she was doing and swirls around in his chair with his back to me and started messing with his phone. Unbelievable!!!! Just turned his back to me. A few min later he waltzes thru the salon and tells every goodbye....like he was leaving.When the same girl came over to do my nails I said no thanks and left....Guess they dont realize yet there is a nail salon on every corner...never go back!!! You dont treat your customers that way. So I sit in the car a bit, frustrated and texted my daughter about the experience, only to see the "guy who had to leave" standing at the front door. Go figure, guess he just wasnt in the mood to work that day. If I could rate less than one star I would. rant over. Read Less
