I just went to lovely nails to try and get a fill because it came highly recommended. I went in and sat down after signing in because everyone was busy. I sat there for 15 minutes. During this time frame one girl finished with a pedicure. She went to her seat and sat there for five minutes did not call me over to her chair. Another woman walked in and asked if she could be taken now. Well they sat this woman with a girl who is not busy after I had been sitting there for 15 minutes and then they looked at me and said “we take you in a minute OK“. I just moved to the area and needed a fill really bad . I walked in and the place is REALLY nice . I waited a few minutes and Vin took care of me. He did such an AWESOME job on my nails . I am very disappointed in their "timely" service. I had called for an appointment to have my nails done. I arrived 15 minutes early, waited over an hour past my scheduled time, and had to leave because noone even acknowledged me. I signed in, and never was spoken to or called back. Got my very first manicure here today. I am a little late to the nail party! The owner was so friendly and did a wonderful job. She polished my daughter's nail's too and was so patient and kind. I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year now. I haven't thought twice about going elsewhere since then. 99.9% of the time their work is very thorough. If u see a problem and point it out, they fix it. Even if the problem happens days later. Fixed at no charge. Nancy is awesome and though all the technicians do a great job, I prefer her. She takes the time to get to know her clients. When I walk in and her spot is open, I just pick a color, and she does the rest. I haven't told her how I like my nails since my first visit. I started coming here when they first opened last year, and have never had a bad experience. The owners are so polite and kind, and they always remember me and ask about my sister, who also gets her nails done here. I usually get a pedicure, and have waited up to 3 weeks before going again without my nail polish chipping. I also get my eyebrows done here and then always look good. Read Less

I love this place never had a mani/pedicure until the renewal of my vows. Nancy did a great job. She even fixed a nail b4 I went for surgery. Went back for a fill in she asked how I was doing after surgery. They was Blueberry picking the same time we was & asked when we was going again. Best place in Sylva. Highly recommend them. first visit was great... lengthy (3 hours!) but great. today didn't go well. a lady who kept yelling at her co-workers did my nails today. as she was wearing a mask when i came in, I can only describe her by a large diamond pendant she wore around her neck. she kept telling me to relax my hands and generally being pretty rough. when she wasn't yelling at the other techs, she was sighing heavily and shaking her head at my hands; she kept rolling her eyes when clients came into... the front door. i explained to her that i have a medical condition that may make my joints stiff, but a tech had never mentioned these issues to me before. I declined a pedicure because I felt very unwelcome. i wasn't going to leave a review but earlier when i was preparing dinner for my family, I realized that I have tiny cuts from the drill on the tips of my fingers (under the free edge) and now have ragged, red, and swollen cuticles from her filing so hard with the soft board on a couple fingers. I am going back to my old salon in waynesville or finding a new one closer to home. too bad, my first visit here was very nice and both the male and female techs who worked on my daughter and myself were very gentle, polite and professional. i had a few repairs today and want to add that the acrylic is very thick on them. :( See More Read Less

This place is amazing.I came to get my prom nails done (day of ) and they were so excellent they looked great and lasted for a good while. I also an vetting a pedicure as I write this and they are gentle and remember me from last time I was here IN MAY! They are so sweet and so interactive with you.
