The prices have gotten higher and higher and it's really not all that great or any different than it has been for years except those prices and for the past year I never knew who was going to charge me for what services the price was different every time I went in there. Kristine did my nails, I had a fill in with gel polish, she waxed my eyebrows, also...was very friendly, professional, and personable. She did a wonderful job, definitely knows what she's doing, and does excellent work! This was my first time coming to Citi Nails, and will certainly be back. AWFUL!!!  The lady doing my nails couldn't speak or understand a single word of English.  My experience was so bad I had to tell her to stop (which her coworker had to tell her to do) and then the coworker who was working on someone else had to stop and try to fix my nails.I made her stop as well. I paid (don't ask why I did, I just wanted out of there), went home only to cut all my nails down and let them grow out with even lengths.I will NEVER go here again, what a nightmare!!! Read Less

Citi Nails is awesome. They make everyone feel welcome. The facility is very clean and well kept. It has the old fashion beauty shop feel - everyone talking to each other and admiring the others nail polish choice. They are great with kid pedicures and manicures. Whatever you do, do not get your eyebrows waxed here. First off, when I got there the towel the lady told me to lay my head on was dirty with someone else's hair and I had to ask her to change it, then when she got finish with my brows, they were uneven, so she attempted to fix them and ended up waxing a giant chunk of my eyebrow off and proceeded to tell me to draw it in and wait a couple of weeks for it to grow back. So then I talked to her manager and she tried to fix my uneven, botched eyebrows with no avail and still told me I had to pay. But what put the icing on the cake was that as I was walking out an employee made a snide remark, saying I'm making a big deal out of nothing and rolled her eyes. I didn't shout, or yell, or scream though. And they are way overpriced, I usually get my browser done for $8, they charge $12. Read Less

Citi Nails should be your "go to" nail salon in the Fort Bragg area. Melody and Christina are true professionals. The salon is always clean and everyone is so courteous. WhileThey are closed on Sundays you can call for an appointment. My nails and toes always turn out better than expected. Read Less

Never coming back! I should've walked away when I saw city misspelled. I signed in then waited 50 minutes for a pedicure. No one spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. Finally, one of the women told me they thought I was waiting for nails. When I told her I signed up for a pedi she said they never look at the sign in. When I finally got a chair it was broken. The individuals are extremely rude, they allow their children to run around crazy but give dirty looks to a customer with one baby in a stroller, the prices are higher than other salons nearby and within 2 days I had to get my nails redone.
