HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went there for the first time today. I simply wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. As soon as I walked in I saw a woman reclined in the chair while on her phone. She never greeted me. She was rude and cold. She just pointed to the back. I honestly, should have walked out. I just desperatly needed my eyebrows done. While getting my eyebrows waxed she was so rough! It almost seemed purposeful. It was clear she didn't want to do it. When it was time to pay, I handed her my card. She threw it down after she swiped it. I told her that was rude and she just looked at me. Then proceeded to throw the receipt. When I spoke to her co-worker about he said she doesn't know English. Really??? That is a very poor excuse. She was simply rude. I will never go back there. I hope no other customer ever goes through that. I worked customer service for years as well as healthcare. Non- verbal communication goes a long way. People really need to treat people with respect. Especially, if you are a plce of business. Read Less
