Came here for a dip manicure. I called before to ensure they had the product and was assured they did. Arrived and the male who asked what I wanted seemed annoyed. I told him I had dip on my nails alr...
Came here for a dip manicure. I called before to ensure they had the product and was assured they did. Arrived and the male who asked what I wanted seemed annoyed. I told him I had dip on my nails already and the lady who came to remove it literally used an acrylic nail to lift and tear the old polish off my finger nail. Despite me telling her it was very painful she continued to try to use the acrylic nail to get tig off. In the process she cut my finger with the edge of the acrylic nail. Then she decided to use the grinder tool (like all other places I've ever been) for my last nail. I left my chair ... Neither her nor anyone else there was concerned that I decided not to complete my manicure. This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon.

One of the best pedicures I have had, especially considering the affordable pricing!! We got the basic pedicure, which was spa grade in my opinion.. With a scrub and relaxing massage! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We will be back likely every year when we are in OKI for vacation!

Took our mom here for a belated Mother's Day gift while on vacation. We had 3 pedicures done and 1 manicure (all at the same time). The staff were so friendly! My sister and I both somehow nicked our pedicure and they immediately fixed the spots. The salon was very clean. Not many nail salons in this area... We will definitely be back next year!

Didn't honor appointment. When we arrived 5 minutes before our appointment time (which we made the day before) we were greeted and asked what we needed. I said we were there for our 11:00 appointment...
Didn't honor appointment. When we arrived 5 minutes before our appointment time (which we made the day before) we were greeted and asked what we needed. I said we were there for our 11:00 appointment for manicures and pedicures. The lady looked confused and asked if we could come back later, maybe in 30 minutes. We already had plans for the afternoon so we left. We will not be back.

I would give 0 stars if if this was an option.Their practices were unsanitary - to the point that they used a bowl of acetone to "soak" the shellac polish off our nails and then sucked the used aceton...
I would give 0 stars if if this was an option.Their practices were unsanitary - to the point that they used a bowl of acetone to "soak" the shellac polish off our nails and then sucked the used acetone back in a squirt bottle to be used on other customers!In addition, our nails looked horrible, we all have chips, dents and/or uneven polish. I highly discourage the use of this salon.

Came here for a dip manicure. I called before to ensure they had the product and was assured they did. Arrived and the male who asked what I wanted seemed annoyed. I told him I had dip on my nails already and the lady who came to remove it literally used an acrylic nail to lift and tear the old polish off my finger nail. Despite me telling her it was very painful she continued to try to use the acrylic nail to get tig off. In the process she cut my finger with the edge of the acrylic nail. Then she decided to use the grinder tool (like all other places I've ever been) for my last nail. I left my chair ... Neither her nor anyone else there was concerned that I decided not to complete my manicure. This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon.

Took our mom here for a belated Mother's Day gift while on vacation. We had 3 pedicures done and 1 manicure (all at the same time). The staff were so friendly! My sister and I both somehow nicked our pedicure and they immediately fixed the spots. The salon was very clean. Not many nail salons in this area... We will definitely be back next year!

I would give 0 stars if if this was an option.Their practices were unsanitary - to the point that they used a bowl of acetone to "soak" the shellac polish off our nails and then sucked the used acetone back in a squirt bottle to be used on other customers!In addition, our nails looked horrible, we all have chips, dents and/or uneven polish. I highly discourage the use of this salon.
