If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. The staff was incredibly rude to the point where my polite mom asked “tough day?” And received a glare for it. My gel manicure lasted not even 10 mins and has started to chip and peel off on DAY 4!!!! (See purple polish picture). I’ve gotten many gel manicures that have lasted 2+ weeks easily. Then my mom gets a “manicure” and just asks for a buff, no polish. What she got was absolutely appalling. She came in with broken nails and left with them as well (see pictures). No massage, no lotion, she left with dusty nails that had not been buffed to a shine and HAD NOT EVEN BEEN FILED! When we started to pay, he had the audacity to try to charge us a full manicure for her and tried to argue that she asked him not to file her nails. I have never experienced such rude, terrible service. Poor Jasmine was absolutely amazing and had the decency to look embarrassed when I had to repaint my own toes because the other Asian lady missed half the toe. I will never be back here. Read Less

They close at 730. I called at 640 to see if they would take me and my 2 daughters and she said sure! (Because I hate going to places when they're about to close because those ppl have lives too). Needless to say... we were in there by 650 and out at exactly 730 ... for the 3 of us! And he did an awesome job... all while being friendly and professional. Read Less

My 10 year old daughter and I have come by a couple of times for pedicures and acrylics-for me-(no appt) we don’t wait very long and the service is always great. They listen and were very gentle on my hands. (No excessive drilling or aggressive filing, shaped them exactly how I wanted) We love them! Anthony gave me beautiful coffin shaped nails I asked for. I walked in for a fill in. The owner was offering me other things... gel polish etc. I say no just a fill in. He starts on my nails. Then sends me to his wife's chair. I say no to the gel polish. They talk back and forth to each other in there language of course. I'm sure about how I won't agree to all the suggestions for charging me more. She was very rude... acting like I should be honored she's doing my nails. Then when I go to pay its 30.00 for a full set. I did not get a full set and I will not be back or will I recommend them to anyone. You basically polished my nails. You put no tips!! Nothing !! Thanks but no thanks !! Go elsewhere!! Read Less

This place is Awesome!  Very friendly, very relaxing and most importantly...give a great nail service!  I prefer an Almond shape for my nails and most places don't know how to properly shape an Almond...not Anthony!!!! I went to Lee Spa Nails after going to Angies Nails for quite some time. My mother in law talked me into trying it out. My pedicure was very quick and three ladies who were seated next to me and had been started BEFORE me were still receiving services while I was finished and getting my nails done. I had one of their "fru-fru" expensive pedicures done. My nails-I had the powder polish put on. When I have them done at Angies, it generally lasts just over 3 weeks. I was going on a cruise so I splurged. 9 days after getting my nails done, they started to break. ON THE CRUISE,... just before the safety briefing,..day ONE of vacation. I will NEVER go back to Lee Spa Nails and regret going there in the first place. My mother in law had a small in grown toe nail and the guy cut it out. HELLO, WHAT?? He made her bleed and she could barely walk on it for two days afterwards. My bill was $190 because I paid for my mother in law also. What a complete waste of time and money. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to NEVER go there. And to top it off,.. they didn't even say thank you as we were leaving and my tech didn't even say thank you for the tip I gave her. $20 tip is a lot of money lady. Especially seeing as in the end you did a really crappy job. I had to hide my hands the entire cruise because I didn't have a way to fix my nails. I dropped by and they were able to seat me right away for a pedicure. When they started clipping my toenails, they accidentally clipped my skin where the nail meets my toe. I started bleeding a bunch. Then they said i should have told them my skin connects there. I explained that ive never had that happen before and didnt realize i needed to instruct them on how to trim toe nails. The remainder of my pedicure was extremely painful because of the clip. I think that they should have offered a discount or something to make up for injuring me but didn't. I will never go back. Read Less

We had a reservation for a pedicure and didn't get seated till 15 mins after. They didn't start our water for our pedicure for another 15 mins. Extremely busy and felt very rushed. I asked for another coat of paint because it was so see through and they had me explain why and what was wrong, sort of silly.  I wouldn't go back or recommendOver 2 hours for a pedicure when I had an appt is way too long. I had a basic pedicure. The pricing is right in line with all other nail spas. The man at the front counter that was greeting customers was very rude and on his phone. He was also on his phone when I went to check out. This is the reason I will not go back. The guy that did my pedicure was friendly with a good sense of humor, but he did not treat my tender toe gently even after several reminders. My toe is still sore after the pedicure. The last time I had a pedicure, the lady was very gentle with my tender toe and I did not have any soreness after. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the pedicure, but I will not revisit due to the rudeness of certain staff member. Read Less

The place was clean and nice, has a good choice of colors. My manicurist was not very chatter which I enjoyed but put you on the dryer and then just moved on to the next person. Only problem was she did not ask about the shape of nails I wanted, and did not get all my old polish before putting the new color on. The short hand massage was nice. Read Less
