I went here for the first time and I got the most unhappy and rude guy to do my nails. Another customer even spoke up and told me he was one of the rude ones... I seemed to have bothered him by asking...
I went here for the first time and I got the most unhappy and rude guy to do my nails. Another customer even spoke up and told me he was one of the rude ones... I seemed to have bothered him by asking where the bathroom was located.. he grunted and another customer told me where it was at. He was annoyed I took time to pick out a polish color... he did a good job other than the pain he caused to my nails while filing them (there is a person under the nails geez) but I probably wont by back due to him being unwelcoming and rude.

Worst eyebrow experience ever!!! A birthday party was going on and the technician must have been more concerned about handling their needs. Too much hair removed and no symmetry. Now I have to spend weeks using an eyebrow pencil to draw in my eyebrows. I will never return and not suggest anyone else go there for eyebrow waxing!!!

Just moved to southern pines and decided to go to this place thinking it would be a good choice as soon as I walk in the door I get hit with a horrible smell, it is stuffy and was asked "what do you want?" I chose my colors and showed the man the exact shape I wanted my nails (almond shape). I was told to chose something different I asked why and he did not answer, when he was finished I understood why, my nails looked like I was some type of evil creature not only were all my nails different shape but they where thick and bumpy but the way he coated them didn't make it a solid color. I was ashamed to say anything because they were so busy and had people waiting on the chair next to me. I go to pay and I am charged 72 dollars he said tip was already included. This is crazy, I had to go to t the slon down the street to get them fixed. Never again, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place!

My nail tech was really nice, asked me if I wanted water, got my ingrown nails out without pain and made sure I was happy with her service. The customer service is really good and the business is very professional. I know I will be coming back here when I visit family in this area. Highly recommend!

I did a call and walk in and the entire experience was really amazing.
Through the phone the manager was super helpful.

Bebe did my nails and I could see she was being careful. I had a hard time deciding what color and she gave her opinion and also helped me with a design because they didn't have the studs I wanted. The manager checked up from time to time and all the customers in there looked really happy. Highly recommend!

I've been to many nail spas. This one is the best by far. My polish lasts longer and the whole place is a comfortable environment. Very friendly and helpful. I now won't go anywhere else.

the reason i gave a 3 is because i really enjoyed my pedicure, but once i got my nails done was a whole other story. the lady literally rolled her eyes at me when i told her what i wanted and was very argumentative the entire time. i wasn't even being rude. i wanted to tell her to stop and give me someone else but at that point i just wanted to get out. i enjoyed some of the staff but she was awful and i won't go back.

Standard nail salon in that it is usually a bit understaffed and nothing out of the ordinary in terms of decor or services offered. But I have had good gel manicures and regular pedicures about 5x in the last 3 months by Vi and she has done a great job.

I made an appointment at 11am for me, my mother and my sister to all go get manicures and pedicures. None of us were taken in until after 11:30. At that time our pedicures were completed. My mom got her French manicure done. It took until after 12:30 for anyone to even acknowledge her, she only got a French manicure done. Meanwhile I finished my pedicure at 12:30 and WAITED to get my full acrylic set done. At 1:45 of not even being noticed or apologized to I walked out without getting my manicure done. During this entire time I watched them take in more people and those same people leave while I CONTINUED to wait. Very pissed off with their services and lack of care for a paying customer. Will not be going back. And I would never recommend them to anyone.
