Mimi did a wonderful job on my nails. I called about 8 places before here looking for dipping powder nails. They do sns here. Several colors to chose from. She also did a nice job fixing a toenail I broke. Now I can wear my sandals. She is very nice and gentle. Will be back for sure. Read Less

Don't go here if you getting nails the guy cut my finger with the thing to sand the nails down and it burned so bad i couldn't get my nails done. 20 min later my fingers still burn now I gotta wait for them to heal to finish getting them done. Not to mention it's my birthday and i have to go in public with my hands half done Read Less

my first going here was definitely my last as well, I received the worst customer service I've witnessed yet in a nail salon and I hate my fiancé and I wasted our time and money going here. beware some customers are apparently more important than others at this nail salon! Read Less

My fiancé & I went here for a first time just for pedicures and we will never be going back, after my pedicure was rushed through by a nail tech with an attitude they left us sitting in the chair without even telling us if they were done or not & from the looks of the way she painted my toes I was hoping she'd eventually come back and paint over them again, so after waiting about 25 minutes while watching the nail tech do a full set on a brand new customer and start another pedicure I finally asked if we were done, she replied yes while acknowledging I was dissatisfied about the job she done on my toes so I asked if she'd go over them again she told me the color was just light but she would do one more coat, as far as the lady that was doing my fiancé's we never seen her again. so as we were leaving obviously unhappy with the customer service we received I asked if there was anywhere I could leave a customer review and the gentleman at the register told me here and Facebook so be careful not every customer is important here and I truly wish I would've known before we WASTED time and money going here. Love this mail salon. I have been coming here for years. The only issue is lack of staff, wait times. Today my wait time is an hour or more. They will however work until everyone is done. They take their time even if they're 5 people waiting. No one gets short changed. Read Less
