I have got to say it was by far the worst experience at a nail salon place I’ve ever been to. The nail polishes were extremely thinned out and watery. So much so that my friend and I contemplated on going next door to Marshall’s to buy our own polish but the owner would not allow us to do so. So we sit down for a pedicure and not once were we offered drinks (which is fine we didn’t go there to drink but after reading other people’s comments I thought I would mention not all people are offer drinks). The lady I had was extremely rude and rushed so much! She stabbed me when cutting my cuticle and it bled and it was not just a little blood. She kept going while wiping off the blood with a dirty towel that had already been used by my wet feet resting on it. Not once did she apologize and now I have a cut and a nice bruise a week later! I understand mistakes happen but own it don’t act like you don’t speak English and can’t say sorry! Then she proceeded to only do two coats of polish and no top coat! We asked for the top coat and she said no they don’t do that (she could speak English then though....). My friend honestly got a worse paint job than I did which is saying a lot (hers looked like my 4 year old niece painted them)! She ended up going home taking it off and doing it herself. When we were drying off our toes a woman next to us was upset with how poorly her nails were and asked for the manager. When he came over he started fussing at her about her tone and it was her fault the nails were done poorly and they should charge her to fix it!!! He was ten times more rude than she was! And he did it in front of other clients. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing afternoon and turned into a painful and stressful one! I better not end up with an infection or else they will hear more from me! I absolutely do NOT recommend going here. Worst $80 spent in my life! My Nail Palace experiences has been very unprofessional/not customer service friendly. The nail tech Paul, was face timing his girlfriend the whole time while my service was being rendered. He also, was laughing out loud as if was was not in a place of business. In my observation I noticed Paul, is very tentative when it comes to certain customers over others. We all are spending (ones’s) hard-earned money and deserve the right to be treated fairly. The nail tech Amy is very rude. I observed her speaking with a new customer that had very little knowledge about nail services. Amy, became very aggravated with the new customer. Once the customer departed Amy, began to make jokes about the customer. In my book that is unprofessional conduct being displayed in the workplace. Note to all customers in the future “DON’T REWARD BAD BEHAVIOR”! Read Less

My first experience here was pretty bad and the nails started peeling the next day. I went back today, and Nate, the manager, was very kind and helpful. They have fixed my nails. I had a much better experience this time. My nail tech, Amy, was wonderful! There could not be a better nail tech anywhere! I do hope these nails last as well as they should. Lisa did a fantastic job on my SNS nails! She's always on point and is careful with my hands. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Tried someplace else and my nails chipped within a week. Nail Palace lasted 4 weeks!! I'm not going anywhere else again!! Read Less

Danny was pretty good. The atmosphere was very busy but nice. About 20 nail stations and the same number of pedicure stations. The workers are like family. They had a birthday celebration for one of the workers. My nails were done in a timely manner. I have had a better job done. Acrylic is a bit lumpy. Not sure if I will be back. I must say, this eatablishment is the best in town. My daughter and I have been going here for some time now and I have never been disappointed. When you enter you are always greeted by Nate or a member of his staff. They are always courteous and always has a smile. You can get refreshments if you perfer or not. The atmosphere is great and the nail spa is always clean. For the services you get her you can not beat the price.This is the place to go for "QUALITY"" service. Nate and his team are the best. I am new to the area, and went to Nail Palace based on reviews. I was not disappointed. The shop is larger than any I have been to with an abundance of employees/technicians. Don't think you'll get overlooked though. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door by a receptionist. I was asked to fill out my name and services desired on a card. Then I was immediately told to which pedicure station I was assigned. The technician (Hanna) arrived within 1 minute of me sitting down. She was very nice and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. At the beginning of the service, I was asked if I would like anything to drink. I declined at the time. Later I was asked again and and accepted. I was immediately brought a water and a fresh fruit cup of pineapples and red grapes. The fruit was extremely fresh...you can tell if pineapple has been sitting around cut for a while. All in all, the best experience I've had getting a pedicure and brow wax. I highly recommend this shop and plan on it being my new nail care home. Read Less

David did an amazing job on my toes and nails! The only complaint I have is when I was getting my nails done, a girl named Brittany was going to town on her nose then went and did a pedicure without washing her hands. It was gross. LINA AND PETER ARE AMAZING! I tend to have bad anxiety and chew my nails so i was already worried since my first visit whoever did my my nails did a decent job considering with very little nail bed i had. Lina took her time and made sure my nails were perfect! Shes also very gentle! Not once was i cut or felt uncomfortable! Peter is so sweet and my pedicure was very pleasnt. I recently had an appointment with Gina and she is precious and amazing! I hadn't had color in my hair for sometime and was a little nervous. Somehow, she just knew exactly what I needed!
