I have gone to this nail salon many times. It is seriously the best nail salon I have ever been to. I don't generally post reviews, but I saw the one negative review and had to laugh/cringe. My friend and I were there the particular day that the customer had her "negative experience." We were appalled by how horrible of a customer she was. She literally waited until the nail tech had completed her nails to express her concern about the type of nail used. The nail tech had spent about 3 hours on her nails and she just then realized or decided it was appropriate to express her concern. Really?? Regardless, Maria bent over backwards trying to help her, even saying she would remove her nails and redo them from scratch. Of course this would not satisfy this woman, she did not have the time. Ok, well how about you express your concern earlier?? The way that woman was behaving I would have told her off and said I didn't need customers like her. But no, Maria offered to have her come back in at her convenience to have them redone. Nope, wouldn't satisfy her either. Maria didn't want to charge her, but she literally would not leave the salon until Maria did. Then, she has the nerve to come on here and blast her salon???? Ridiculous, disgusting person that probably just goes through life looking for things to be upset and complain about. She is the type of person you definitely do not want for a customer. The fact that I remember all of this several months later goes to show what a terrible impression she left on me, just another customer. Such an amazing place to go. Tabetha is so polite and professional. She truly cares about your hair and the health of your hair. She is very precise in the work that she does. She will make sure your looking hot for any occasion. You can honestly trust her with your hair and not have to worry that at the end of the session your hair may be not what you wanted or expected or even worst destroyed. Highly highly recommend her! I've gone twice and both times have been such lovely experiences. The service is awesome. They're very attentive. They're work is A+++++! This place will become my place to go to from now on. I've had two acrylic refills done and a spa pedicure. All three have been excellent. I also took my daughter to get her first eyebrow wax. They came out perfect.
