The WORST service. I came in because I broke a nail on Sunday and they were the only ones open. I didn’t get a fill in but I did ask for my shape (coffin shape with a stiletto pinky nail) to be tightened up because it had been a week and they looked a little worn and a color change to go with my repair. She files my nails so narrow that they look like talons no longer nails and takes off the sides of my real nails in the process. Also the nail polish is horrible quality. I got yellow gel (color: DD - 506) and she used white for a base to make th get color “pop more” but because of the white or improper application my nails were streaky and almost looked ombré (bright yellow at the bottom and orange at the top because of a build up of polish). I left unhappy about the color and as the day went on the shape and irregularities in my nails started to show more making me more unhappy. I called corporate but since they are a franchise there wasn’t much they could do. And when I returned to the store the owner allowed the employee that did the horrible job on my nails to not only stand there and defend her shoty work to me but also YELL at me (keep in mind this location is in a Walmart so there was an audience). After yelling back and forth for almost five minutes they offered to soak my nails off at half price ($5) but eventually ended up doing it for free. Awful staff, location, and service provided. Don’t waste your $30 (btw my original set that she was working on was $75 and I just got them done a week ago and when I showed my regular nail tech she refused to put on a new set because the “tech” at Regal filed my nails so narrow on the sides that she couldn’t put new tips on because they would’ve just been glued to skin). Got my nails done next day 2 Nails broke went back to get it fixed the technician that fixed it could not do the same shape as the other technician and got mad at me!!! The nails look different! Then she cut me several times and blamed me the most disrespectful treatment I've ever had in the service industry will never go back! Read Less

Judy, the manager, she is so rude. I don't know what kind of circus they are running in there, but they do not know how to do nails. I went in there and literally three days later my nail fell off. Never going there again, and never do business with them again. Read Less

Worst Experience EVER!!! I GOT A FILL-IN FOR MY NAILS DONE 3 DAYS AGO AFTER AFTER LESS THAN 48 HOURS MY NAILS WERE LIFTING THEY TELL ME MY SET ON MY NAILS ARE OLD WHEN IT WAS MY FIRST FILL-IN WITH THIS NEW FULL SET DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO ASSIST WITH HELPING​ ME VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WORK AT A CALL CENTER I DON'T DO ANYTHING MAJOR FOR MY NAILS TO LIFT THAT SOON BASICALLY THEY WERE TELLING ME ITS MY PROBLEM I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE SO I HAD TO GO ACROSS THE STREET AND GET A FILL-IN ALL OVER AGAIN Read Less

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Me and my friend got gel nails done here. They were transparent, bubbly and they had HAIRS in them. The woman doing my friends nails put a design on her nails without asking her then charged her for it! The nails were advertised to be only $20 but they charged me $25. Do not waste your time and money. There is a nail salon in the shopping center adjacent to walmart that im sure does a better job than this trash hole. Read Less
